- It's time for LARGE FAMILY MEALS on vacation! During our 2 weeks at the beach, we had easy meals! We made Instant Pot dinners, sheet pan breakfasts, premade pizza from Aldi, grab and go breakfasts, snackie lunches for the beach and so much more! We were feeding 12 up to 17 people, depending on the meal and day. Several of the big family recipes I made are linked down below.

Fun trick - freeze some of the Capri Suns and then they keep snacks cold and melt for a fun slushy on a hot day!

Mom’s are amazing multitaskers! Holding a baby, feeding a baby, cooking breakfast, drinking coffee, filming a video, oh and doing some laundry! I love it! 🥰
I am praying I can take my son to the beach this year. We haven't been on a vacation in about 4-5 years now. He has been pretty sick. In and out of the hospital for the past 2 years. It's been rough. He's 15 years old now. So keep him in your prayers please.. Thank you.

I have one 18 month old DAUGHTER but I've been watching for YEARS, literally. 🤣 She is absolutely gorgeous and is MY " ideal picture perfect " mom. I'm adopted , so it should REALLY go without saying, they sucked as real moms...I'm 30 with my own child, but, ONE DAY....I'm GOING to get up the courage to ask if they will PLEASE adopt me. Lol

You are always an amazing mom, but taking your big family, plus such a young baby to the beach for two weeks proves you are SUPERMOM! You never cease to amaze me with the energy, stamina, patience, love, kindness, and never ending healthy meals served. Hope you got some rest during your vacation. 🎀
I truly believe that when kiddos aren't used to fast food or restaurant meals on vacation, it creates a necessary balance for life and expectations. Not everything comes with a silver liner friends...real life, buget= family
And the $98 spent on boardwalk Blizzards twice can be considered everyone’s “fancy” meal out for this vacation 😂🙌🏻❤️
I just discovered you and wanted to encourage you that even though I never heard you complain, it must be exhausting on vacation these days....but it gets BETTER! My youngest of 7 kids is 17 yo and the older 4 boys are married. We go to the beach every year with my dad, brother, and a few more extended family. Our kids take turns cooking dinner for the whole crew and it's such a blast! They are practically chefs and I love tasting their cooking. Just something for you to look forward to!❤️
Seriously can't believe someone said that about u drinking coffee while carrying Tobin. This is ur 9th child and and all ur other kids have survived. I think u have it under control and from what I can see u wouldn't put ur kids in harms way. Most of us moms drink our coffee or tea cold anyway....when do we get the time to drink it hot lol. Totally recognized the tunnel and bridge and some of the sites when you were driving around to go to the board walk. Love Virginia Beach
I totally agree. If they don't like it they can leave, it's not harmful to children and it's not harmful to her. Perhaps if she was chugging back gallon after gallon of it but the odd cup? not an issue.
Every kid should be so lucky. But I'm sure ,and it is apparent to me your kids are respectful and appreciative of all you do. And then dear old Dad, who we never see but know he is your strength when you need it. You have created lots of wonderful memories for your family and made it seem effortless. Love your videos😍

It is easier to be motivated with more people. When my husband and older kids are gone, me and the littles (4 between baby and 7) just eat whatever we throw together to clear out the fridge. No real cooking. 😂
I just wanted to say whomever is critiquing anything this Super Momma does might need to just think for a second..just because they cant or don't do what she is doing doesn't mean she isn't a expert at doing whatever you think she shouldn't be doing so just maybe worry about your family life . Pretty sure she knows what she is doing lol.

I'm back to re-watching all of your videos. No doubt I wrote a comment the first time but I want to recognise all the Mum's who don't get a full holiday even when on vacation. You still need to cook, shop, wash etc etc. Needless to say I think Jamerrill is an amazing Mum, role model and is a true inspiration. Jamerrill I love that you ordered pizza to give yourself a much deserved break. Xx
If you never do this again, it will be the best memory for a long long time. I admire your organization and your ability to go with the flow. So nice that your mom, who raised only you, is so happy to help when you need her. Yay moms. Not to mention the big help all of your kids are with each other 👍🏻🙏🏻

I don't know why some people think they have something so important to say that the rest of us just cannot live without hearing OR reading it. If they only had it half as together as you they would be too busy fixing their own family a beautiful breakfast or dinner like you do yours. And not be worrying about giving you an education on what you should be drinking while holding your , what is it number 9 or 10 beautiful healthy baby.

Reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents took all eight of us children to the beach for two weeks at Cape Cod. We did the same as you’re doing now. But it was a blast. Brings back wonderful memories.

I know this was over a week ago, but if you ever end up with 20+ zucchinis again (😂), try doing the Philly cheese steaks in zucchini boats. It really bulks it up. (THM volume eater here 🙋)

I always find it funny when people give you advice or share worries for something you have been doing for many years with many kiddos. As parents we live and learn. You handle those "suggestions" wonderfully. Vacation looked like a busy blast, I hope you get some rest back home. Lol
Even with one child (many years ago) I didn't get a hot cup of coffee until he was about10 years old.
I have a coffee in the microwave forgotten about many many times attempting to reheat 🤣 I've even found it the next day in there. My hubby laughs. I'm pregs with my 4th so it isnt going to improve any time soon.

Well, if you are ever back in Virginia Beach again and need a helping hand doing anything let me know. I am certainly happy to help. When my children were young we would go to Lake Gaston with another family, and take a mother's helper with us. Our dinners ran between 9 and 15 people.

Still goes on as normal. You did some shopping before hand, made sure everyone had all their stuff packed., unpacked & situated all the kiddos & then placed your grocery order for your stay. Then your planning & making your meals & snacks for the family, Getting in play time at the beach with the kiddos, taking care of the baby, & making sure all the kiddos get their showers etc. Oh & making videos for people like myself and posting on other social media. You need a vacation from vacation....🤣. As a mom I know you just do what you need to do to take care of your family. That’s what all Mommas do. Thank you for sharing. I truly appreciate you taking the time to video for us to watch & join you & your family. ♥️

Jamerrill did you take your own IP etc on vacation with you? I think your way of feeding your family on vacation is much better than calling take out on and off. Your amazing dealing with a baby, dealing with kids and the endless laundry, shopping, cooking and being out and about all day on vacation. Hi Jamerrill, you can add a little olive oil and Italian spices to your zucchini and squash and bake them in the oven, 400° about 30 minutes or until tender. You can also add breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top if you like. It is easy to bake in the oven and it is very delicious. Some of your picky eaters may even like it!
