I have a question. Im a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in NY. A friend of mine moved to Texas and he says that I have to live there first for 1 year before buying a house. I also heard that it's easier to buy a house through a specific loan program if one is part of the healthcare field. My question is CNAs also qualify for this loan program?
