But isn't being in the present moment all about observing thoughts and knowing you have no control of them and they are Not you ?? But in this your saying latch onto thoughts that make you feel good and think More positive thoughts that give you those feelings. Is that a contradiction though ?
Yes, there are many contradictions and different opinions posted by all the so called spiritual coaches. Many just paste and post to make more viewings. I follow my heart and my own intuition. There is no one method for all manifestations. Do what you are comfortable with.
The ultimate "God" frequency is the frequency of no thoughts and to submit yourself to the Universe driving each moment of your life. You will be pleasantly surprised how things work out. Any other thoughts you hold are from the Ego and the outcome may not be the optimum that you think.
So as per your other video, if we have no thoughts, and we are not the thinkers, who is specifically going to govern or cause all of the activity described here in this video ? Also, can you shed light on the actual reason the migraine occurs during a 3rd eye awakening, so to speak ? It only happens the first time, and doesn't persist. The 3rd eye is equally responsible for manifesting, not just predicting, and the seat of consciousness is the sahasrara.
You don't have to let go anything. You will let go naturally that's the only way to let go. Don't advice letting go everybody who still has opposite thoughts to their desires. It won't work.
