I have a goodman air handler that I need a memory chip / data chip whatever you want to call it. No one has been able to help me. Can you help with this? I have a brand new blower motor and brand new board but can't use them. I've been waiting months to get my ac working properly again.

I'm wondering if you can help me. I'm here in Central Florida and I had to replace the indoor circuit board and the blower motor due to an electrical failure in the house and I have the data loader but I'm not sure how to download the data onto the chip. Do you know if I'm supposed to load the data from the outdoor board onto the chip and then take that data loader and put it on the new indoor circuit board?
