Vibratory Feeder for Rivets with Two Pocket Isolation Shuttle

This vibratory feeder bowl system is designed to orient and discharge rivets vertically. The 18" bowl can hold up to 300 parts and includes a vibratory storage hopper, aluminum sound enclosure, inline track, and a dual-pocket isolation shuttle.
As parts move through the inline track toward discharge, a sensor monitors when each line reaches capacity. When the sensor detects that parts are present, it triggers the finger hold-back mechanism to stop the flow until the dual-pocket shuttle has picked up the current parts and is ready for more. Once the shuttle returns to its position, the finger releases a new batch of parts for picking.
