I just got a hp victus intel i5 11th gen and a rtx 3050ti for 78k and I'm only getting 200 fps in minecraft and minecraft is using the gpu, with rtx 3050ti you are supposed get 1k+ fps, pls help

No bro not at all in fact i would even improve the performance since your gpu is being cool because of the fan speed but it could also shorten your fan life but its ok since its only around 10-20 dollars in replacing a new fan.
