I discovered the reason for it. It was Marvel’s decision to cut the cast, since the guy couldn’t legally throw marvel under the rug he came up with the worst defense ever.
In my heart, Tom Kane will always be Darwin, Herriman, Utonium, Him and now Magneto. Even if there will be others to take up those roles after him, he’s irreplaceable.

That's part of the charm of his character. After living as long as Magneto has, he knows that jmanity has a long way to go before it becomes comfortable with its own self, much less accepting the next step in human evolution. He just isn't patient enough to wait for it.

Granted, he'd then have to deal with space-opera and cosmic level stuff, but it'd certainly offer the best opportunity than trying to take over a world with the kind of heroes and villains that frequent it like the Marvel universe. Plus, even if the worst comes to worst and he and his flock encounter heralds of galactus and the big man himself, at least he should have enough experience to know to have a planetary evacuation plan just in case like most advanced races that have caught wind of the devour of worlds.

What I think its funny about Magneto and his interactions with other marvel characters, heroes who are dependent of metal stuff like Iron Man, Ultron, Vision and Captain America have a "special" detail that make Magneto's powers innefective against them. With is interesting, imagine a godlike figure like Vision got smashed like a bug by the good old Magneto?

Yeah his perspectives are his most defining traits, and I can appreciate a character who is considered a bad guy can be understood why they are doing what they are doing. You don’t see that often in most fiction.
Magneto was always one of the most well-written villains in Marvel. I mean, he has one of the most peaceful endings in MvC3, even better than some of the heroes. :)
