The more I watch it these dudes videos the more I actually respect this dude. I’m those UA-cam shorts you might get the wrong Impression. But listening to him he understands not only micro and macroeconomics but he also understands business and most of all CARES about his business and going about making sure his clients get the best.

I’ve got played on jewelry. I was that sucker. I bought my wife’s engagement ring from a “big time retailer” and got played I even think they switched my diamond while they were setting the stone.
I went to trade it in for an upgrade. And found it wasn’t even worth 1/10 of what I paid for it. That was a shock to my soul because I worked very hard to get her a good ring And got fuxked. From that point forward. I will do better. Thanks Trax keep showing us how it’s done
Diamonds in general do not hold their value especially without certificates. It's a luxury item at the end of the day. Unlike precious metals

That's just how diamonds work. Only large stones or special ones command resale value. Other than that Jewelry is mostly buying a jewlers time. You will ALWAYS take a loss upon sale, I don't care who made it.. For machine made chains your just paying silly money for gold and stones so small they belong in industrial applications.

Diamonds are pretty crucial in a lot of drilling and cutting applications. So I don’t think they are totally worthless. Same with gold being used in technology.
