(1) Real estate investments : you still need money to buy a house, and in this market, fat chance (2) Car rentals : if you rent out your car, what are you going to use??? (3) Digital product sales : e-book sales will work if you are an author, and authors may take months or years to complete a book; other digital products may require art skills (4) Product re-sales : there is also the chance that you buy the product and CANNOT resell it (5) Freelancer : great way to work for peanuts (6) Virtual assistance : if you can actually find a virtual assistant position (7) Pet-walking : if you like animals and can deal with them (8) Task assistance : aka being a household servant (9) Childcare : aka being a household servant If you have a full-time job and work these side hustles, then you will have little time for study and improve your skillset and then get a better job with better wages. These side hustles also involve a lot of time and energy. You might as well use your free time to STUDY and go for a higher degree for a job that pays MORE.
Improving your skillsets and seeking a higher paying job is another option which I will make another video about. ☺️ That said, getting a higher degree also costs money, and it’s not a guarantee that you will earn more. I know people with law degrees who are making very little. The options that I’ve presented are for people who prefer the entrepreneurial route and want to try something beyond the 9-to-5. They are also more scalable than trading your time for an hourly wage.
