Thank you for watching. Ochazuke using green tea and I made a video of two ways to make Ochazuke using Dashi. (Broth / soup stock) It also introduces how to make Ochazuke broth. I hope this helps you (´ ▽ ` *)
Konbanwa, I have Hokkai yamato ochazuke. I don't understand to use ;). My Japanese is basic ;). Domo arigatou. Itadakimasu. I am begin for my first food asian.
Thanks for the video. Not sure about the 玄米茶, but houjucha may do. A quick question: why do you cook fish over a parchment paper instead of placing it directly onto the frying pan?
Thank you for your comment! There are two personal reasons for me to cook fish on parchment paper. 1.Parchment paper allows you to cook fish without the use of vegetable oil or olive oil. 2. I don't have a luxury frying pan! Therefore, there is a concern that the fish will burn or stick to the frying pan. This is why I use parchment paper.(´▽`*) I used brown rice tea in the video, You can also make ochazuke with houjicha! Also, if you change the tea, the taste and flavor of Ochazuke will change, which is interesting! Arigato-!
