Cheddars restaurant makes a sandwich called monte cristo. Sweet sauce to add on the side the outter batter I beleive is funnel cake like. It is amazing. If you could recreate it, in know my husband and I are dying to know how to do this st home. Love it!
Even though its going into winter where i live this made me want to make my chocolate ice cream i haven made in a long time… but ice creams best in the cooler whether :/ doesn melt as fast when you eat it

Did u follow the recipe in the description? Because in the video it looks like Byron used more cream that's milk and in the recipe it says to use an equal amount, and also it looks like he used waaaaayyy more butter than 2 tablespoons.
+howthis if u look at 0:25 on the video and look at the jars/mugs(or watever they are) he used to put the milk and the cream, the jar he used for the cream is clearly bigger and both containers were filled up so maybe u should try putting 1/2 a cup more cream or maybe even 1 cup more cream, and also maybe more butter because that was clearly more butter than 2 tablespoons in the video. Btw these are all suggestions and my thoughts, u can decide if u want to follow them or not
use the same methods except once it's reached 40 degrees fahrenheit you'll need to whisk it every 15mins for 4-6 hours, very lengthy process and the texture isn't as smooth, definitely worth investing in an icecream maker i scored one for $30 a few years ago.

Nutella ice cream + quadratini= epic. Excellent idea for a garnish/topping. And they look beautiful atop the homemade ice cream, too!
