Loving this series. Remind me how big you cut the spine. You don’t put a small space between the spine and the book so it closes correctly? Love the hinge idea. Thanks. Happy Anniversary!
Erica Nelson yes there is a space...I mentioned that 1/8th of inch....I eyeball it as I have made so many books but suggest making a small templet. Thanks for watching! Thanks for the anniversary wishes.! It’s a two inch spine.

Hi I just found your channel Because I searched for how to reinforce a spine, I'm actually looking for how to create the ribs in the spine like in an old book, you know the ridges,it's very hard to find any info at all on this so I guess it's uncommon,but the first journal I bought had it .
