I don't beleive you flinched. It is a good chance less power was in some of the lodes causing a difference in trajectory. MATCH is it. I love your show.
While keeping the current aiming point, short press the power button to freeze the image. Move the X and Y to put the reticle on the point of impact on frozen image. Long press the left key to save and return.

And it's just as clear at night! As soon as Rex reviewed it, I pulled the trigger! If you had a more solid shooting position clamped in and sand bagged, you just drive the crosshair to the hole. I put it on my CMR 30 that happens to be very accurate and sighted it right in. I did drive the wrong way the first time LOL. This little tool owns the night! Coyotes beware! Oh, your AR is an accurate piece their my boy.
Hello Hootie, who my name is Patrick I’m a 70-year-old hillbilly boy that doesn’t understand technology at all watching your video was the only way I could figure out how to zero my scope if you wouldn’t have screwed up as many times as you did, I wouldn’t of got it on just one try Your video kept me from sending it back. I have one issue with mine where after I fire it sometimes one to 3 to 4 times the screen goes blank. I called the company and they told me that you have to loosen where the battery goes into the IR or snug it up a little bit moreand it should fix it. I haven’t tried it yet but if you come across that problem, that’s the fix. I’m told appreciate your video. Thank you.😂
Just got one of these today. You are right about not throwing the instructions away. However, Arken should have included a pair of 2.5X reading glasses so you can see those instructions. Now we need a video on how to use the range finding and ballistics function. Also on the app on your phone. There is a lot to this thing. Nice job on the vid.
Hi Doug: I know that. But that's not my point. They give you printed instruction a lot of which is too small to see easily. Could imagine trying to use the instructions at the range. Not everybody has perfect eye sight you know. Nor do I generally take my printer/scanner to the range with me. Besides it was basically a comment that was intended to be humorous in nature. Hey my friend have you ever tried a black bungee cord across your foregrip and hooked on the bottom of each side of your bench rest? You can use two about 5 inches apart and it will help you set your sights really easily! Just shoot a couple of rounds holding on your aim point then hold your sight on your bulls eye and move your reticle to the bullet hole and you should be right on with a quarter inch! Leaving straps on shoot another 🎯 and take your time and see where your impact is! The straps will help you stay so steady and take out a lot of pulse from your heart beat ! And squeeze your trigger between heart beats ! I set my scope in this way and it has never failed me! I have used a laser to hold on a spot on target just off of bullseye and cross hair on bullseye and fire two rounds and if they are off the bulls eye I put the laser on the spot just off the bullseye and holding the laser on that spot I move my cross hair to the bullet hole and usually it's dead on the next shots! Lots of people get mad at me for giving some advice but I hope you try this because my father was a sniper and he taught me from age 6 years old and now I'm 60 years old and been shooting for a long long while and I learn something new and helpful every day! There's a lot of knowledge out there some people have and I try and learn something that works and the things that don't work it didn't hurt me to a least try it and find out! Me in far east Gippsland, and I got the M250HD as it is not just a weapons N/V sight, I also use it mounted on a helmet. I use it on my 223 rifles, tried it on my 308, and lever actions in 44m and 30-30, even on my 22lr/m rifles. Hows Melbourne these days? I left there after 30 years 10 years ago for the country, and have never gone back, life is so much better here, and deer are everywhere, and way less Karen's lol.
I just purchased one of these. I'm going to be using it for coyotes and racoons. The one advantage this scope has over Sightmark scopes is the operating temperature, and the recoil it can handle. I am hoping it's going to be better than ATN, because that would be my only other option, and I have heard more negative stuff about them than some other brands.
lol. Why not just use the 1 shot zero feature at the end? The snap shot, and move reticle feature. Would have been interesting to see just how well that works also. Definitely can tell your excitement at the end, no real purpose; just dumping rounds and having fun! What it’s all about

WHO_TEE_WHO the easiest way to I found to sight in any scope is to aim at the bullseye and then move your crosshair to your bullet holes then you should be on Target this will prevent you from moving your crosshairs the wrong way just a little tip I learned over the years
Glad you took the time to finish sighting it in and showing it. Even if it made the video a little longer. It wouldn’t have been good enough for me either to have stopped 1/2 low.
Here in Kaliforniastan we are not allowed to have night vision. I guess the politicians are afraid we might use them and suppressors to do bad things to them?? Soon they will only allow us to have flintlocks?? If we are lucky.

I’m in Tn as well and I was wondering the legality of these for chasing deers. I know you can’t night hunt or thermal hunt but could you use the daytime part of the scope for deer during the day or would it be banned due to night vision capability

After watching your video on your cva scout pistol, i went out and found me one in 6.5 grendel. Im having trouble finding a good long range pistol scope. Any recommendations. Thanks the the informative and entertaining videos btw
Long Range pistol scope doesn't really exist. Pistols aren't meant foe long range. IF you want to use it long range you will just have to use a rifle scope with good eye relief
@kdawgus scout scope will work but they aren't "long range." In my mind long range is 1,000 yards +. I have a crimson trace pistol scope on mine that works pretty good
If you fire 1shot put the crosshairs on the bullet hole that way u don't turn it in every which way but loose pleaseeee try it save u on booklets and money at 2beans a boolet

There are several reticle options in it, and I agree not the best for sight in... There are some videos of guys using these out to 1 mile, and getting hits through the record mode...
I would really like to see a “square” test ie return to zero kinda test where you shoot a group move it up then group right group and left group and then up to (should be back to the start group)show how precise the adjustments are
Agreed, Arkens traditional optics track AMAZINGLY well, not sure if the issue here was "operator error," wrong reticle, or whatever, I know there are guys running these out to some serious long range, 1000+ yards, just saw one at a mile a couple days ago....

Its easy for me to spend other people's money, but i would like to see you get a scope cam. This view was great and it would be awesome to see that with the rest of your shooting videos.
There is no good scope cam. They are all clunky and a hassle to use. I have a tactacam and never use it. Tactacam themselves are canceling their cameras and only doing trailcams now

You gotta try the one shot zero feature. Just follow the instructions in the manual It works well!

What type battery does it use ? Is it rechargeable? Older model was a battery killer. But was clear for a digital scope.

20 moa mount tilts the optic down in the front which gives you additional room for extended ranges

What distance are you using to zero your optics there. If I set at 30yds about how is it going to be at 50yds. 100 and 200?
