Nah, I had a major crush on Aleks. Bouff was great of course, but Aleks is cute as hell. Not that we should forget Emily of course. Bouff did something I loved though, it was a sort of space battle film which was shot as a videogame.
loved Aleks on Bits in the late 90s early 2000's.used to get in about 1am and watch it after afew to many shandys, flop on the sofa eat some of my kebab and watch.
I loved this episode. I find social psycology and that sort of thing really interesting and often on my wanders of the net, I pick up on strange aspects of different online communities and their interactions within their group and with other groups. Being a "watcher" does sound creepy as hell, but having some anxiety issues I often find myself doing it a lot as opposed to being in the middle of things taking part.
One of the best Carpools! Everything just seemed more relaxed and engaging..The comment about turning the rooter off made me laugh; must be a generation thing as my dad turns the rooter off; surely they are meant to be left on 24/7?
For the record, concerning volleyball in Scotland: I have Played volleyball on a beach in Scotland in hot sunshine.... Once.... In the late 80s. Also a few times on grass.... Since then Scotland has mostly been Little Siberia :D
I used to serve her in Tesco, she was genuinely lovely - asking engaging questions; making me feel human for a spilt second of my 9hr shifts.
That was such a natural conversation, love it.
what a charming woman she is.
also the interview in the car ,is unique. I like it!
I remember Bits - the first gaming magazine show I got into. Presented by three girls (Aleks Krotoski being one of course), which was unusual.
Yes, I had a massive crush on Aleks in those (Bits) days... and she is still as gorgeous as ever.
Emily Booth aka "Bouff" is the one most males will remember. She was the British Felicia Day back in the late 90's.

Same here, Yvo. Dr. Krotoski is amazing and smart and personable and funny.
OMG! I haven't seen her in years! She's so cool. I had a real crush on her when she was on tv.

These are just brilliant.
Bits was great!

You're not the only one.
Both Bits and VideoGaiden were amazing.
This opening title sequence is allot better and catchier than the new one.

Wow. She's delightful! I'm smitten.
She's one of my favourite people alive.
Aleks Krotoski comes across as a lovely woman. Would love to have a conversation with her. Who remembers her from Bits?
The Virtual Revolution was a really good series.
Loved her in thumbbandits
Another interesting person to follow in some form or other. Probably by subbing to the Guardian tech podcast... Thanks! :)
I like her she's great .
She seems very cool.
Scrapheap challenge and Bits. -sigh- What happened to my youth!
I wonder if she remembers the commodore 64.

Google her, google Booth and Dunn.
I think you're protesting a bit much... how exactly does she look like a man, gay or not?
