I always love your recipes and the music you choose to play. For slicing the veggies and fruits why don’t you use a kitchen mandolin? Why don’t you use a food processor to shred the veggies and cheese. They are quick and easy. I really enjoy your cooking videos.
Demasiado lento, no es necesario terminar de hacer los cortes de las verduras, con un inicio es suficiente, es cansado esperar la terminación de la receta que si se ve buena.
Must you complain about everything? I like the music. As for the speed you can touch the play timing line and advance the video as much as you want skipping what you don’t wish to see.
Recipe is very good but it’s too slow. I shouldn’t have to watch every cut of onion, grated carrot, tomatoes etc. video should be quickened up because very one knows how to chop and grate.

I am watching from the southern United States. I am 62 yrs old, and enjoy your videos. I appreciate the speed you have chosen in displaying the viewing of your recipes. If you are not bothered, I ask you to please use English measuring amounts, verses the metric & Celsius. Example: Fahrenheit vs. Celsius…..and oz./cups/tbsp vs. grams/& other such. This would be very helpful to me in understanding the instructions better. Oh yes, I so enjoy the music choices you play.
