Other than the first year of release (1996) Suede have always played 'Beautiful Ones' at a faster pace live. Here's an example from Reading Festival in 1997 ua-cam.com/video/phADb3AqiLI/v-deo.html I'm not sure if it's the fact that they enjoy playing it faster or the crowd responds more when it is played faster but this is not a new thing. If you prefer to listen to it at a similar pace to the original recording you can always reduce the playback speed to 0.75!
Suede is my favourite band ever.Its a religious experience almost . My song writing does not really sound like them but truth is Suede is my biggest influence I'd have too say 😊

One of the biggest regrets of my life. Could have been there but chose The Joy Formidable and Baddies instead on the same night. Baddies broke up pretty soon after and I don't even listen to The Joy Formidable anymore. I guess I didn't know at the time that it would be THE comeback show and the start of their second life.
