• Celestron Eyepieces Fo...
Been using the omni 15mm and 40mm eyepieces in my 120mm refractor and 127mm mak for years, not had an issue and I wear glasses! Throwing money at the most expensive stuff isn't always required (unless you have deep pockets...)
I don't know about the others, but I was kinda shocked to find my X Cel only had edge blackening on one lens element. I blackened the other two and significantly improved the contrast.
Hello, tell me. Levenhuk skyline plus 130s itself. There is an eyepiece at 15mm, but I would like to take an OMNI at 15mm, but the question is, they don't look like they are, then there is a difference inside, is there a difference in characteristics, does it make sense to buy an OMNI?
I have a celestron 8se and was wondering what type of eye piece is best for close views of the moon?
hey I have a celestron telescope and I can remove the cap on the big lense but I was wondering how to remove it on the small eye piece
How do they compare to the SVBony gold and red banded eye pieces?
What difference is between the Luminos vs the Ultimate Edge? You mention both are flat, both are crisp. On the only difference is the FOV? Thanks, I am confused.
I have the same question . Did you buy one?
Thanks Fran
Marvelous🙂👍
I have a Celestron nexstar 5se and I want to see objects like nebulas and planets and I'm wondering what eyepieces and filters I should get
Same
Is the celestron omni 9mm eyepiece better then the svbony aspheric 62?
edit: also which x3 or x2 barlow do you recommend?
Absolutely. I own several Celestron and svbony lenses. Celestron outperforms svbony
Where are these eye pieces made ?
May I ask which eye piece should I buy for my starsense DX 102AZ tele? Included 2 pieces does not work well for viewing planets. Advise please.
You should get a 9mm x-cell and a Barlow lens to double the magnification of the eyepiece.
I have a similar setup, Omni AZ102. I tried some plossl eyepieces, they are not comfortable. The first 'good' one that I tried was Svbony 66 degree 6mm. The price is good, about $35. The view of Saturn and Jupiter was surprisingly good. However, it is still a little bit uncomfortable since I wear glasses. The second 'good' one that I borrowed two Celestron x-cel lx 7mm and 5mm from a friend. Those two are very good and comfortable when viewing with glasses, however, the price I think is much higher than the Svbony one, about $90+ each, which is hard to justify because in terms of image quality, I really cannot tell much of a difference.
R these eyepieces compatible to the Celestron 80 az?
Only the 1.25 inch barrel ones are. You cannot put 2 inch in the 80 AZ.
Would you reccommend the X-Cel LX series and Luminos series for a 10 inch dobsonian telescope?
yes
Would the celestron zoom 8-24mm lense be useful with the 114LCM or is a 2x Barlow better?
2X Barlow 🤗
The zoom lense is okay, you're better off with a few static eyepieces that you can switch between
Best explanations you can hear ONLY HERE! :) Great job!
Glad it was helpful!
Witch is compatible with Celestron Astro master 130 eq?
you need 1.25 eyepieces

Why only celestron?,there are also Explore scientific,Meade,GSO,Televue,Svbony,I Optron, Skywatcher and also other competitors
Remember Celestron always not be the good choice to go.. sometimes other brands provide better scopes in the same budget
Because this video is pure brand advertising instead of any real eyepiece selection guide
There's really nothing remarkable in any of Celestron's eyepieces considering usual prices.
And telescopes are even more unremarkable with actually only Schmidt-Cassegrains really worth the price.
Especially Astromasters and PowerSeekers are at best mediocrities and too many of them being absolute scam designs which would have been deemed bad centuries ago.
