I think of humans as 'understanding engines' and these I believe are the dark matter of life. Understanding engines are the key component of intelligent systems that can evolve into institutions and civilizations when enough understanding engines are used. Would you be interested in these theories ?
A lot of talk about Bronze, but not much about earthquakes, volcano's tsunami's. Mobs of homeless and beefed up military trying to find new homes. Mediter sea run wild. Moses leading his people. Advantages to groups that could make strong iron weapons.
