Seems like the "meeting" wasn't secret or planned. Some of the conversation might've been. But, then again, Joe knew there were questions about the money (hence the soreadsheet), so nothing said was a surprise. I think the way Parks relayed the message put 10 on 10, but Joe already knew of the issues.
