I discovered Chelsea at the start of this year, and she has been by far my most played artist. It's been a really hard year for me, and her music has helped me find comfort in dark times, and process my thoughts and feelings. I am incredibly grateful for her and everything she has made. I really hope I get to see her perform live sometime.
Great interview ! I love the part about inner rebellion at 8.49 when she talks about being a Scorpio and keeping it on the inside a lot until finally it comes out ! ahah I can relate to that a lot being a scorpio too. 😅 She has really great influences and I'm going to listen to the ones I don't know yet !! Thanks
I have been a fan of Chelsea for eleven years now. I've been impressed by everything she's put out. I'm very picky when it comes to following musicians so closely. I noticed right away there was something about her mix of influences and melody writing that feels like something I would do with my own music - or rather, wished I could do. I have subconsciously emulated her voice ever since, because I've always wanted a beautiful voice but I don't have that - it's more masculine and rough around the edges. It's no surprise to me to find out she enjoys nearly all the same music I do. PJ Harvey, Joni Mitchell, Fleetwood Mac, and Björk are all especially top tier for me.
I’ve consistently been to every one of her shows since 2016 and I can honestly say that she is truly in a league of her own. One of the best and my favorite artists to date. Great interview, I’d have been nervous as hell (still hoping to catch a pic with her after a show one of these years).
Loved the video and questions but I wish Chelsea wasn’t cut off as much, especially when asked what she would do next with Mrs piss. She’s clearly a soft spoken person and I feel like that should be taken into consideration. But there’s was some really great questions in there and I’m very excited for some new stuff 🖤
Hey, thanks for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it! I will admit that there were moments where I didn't realise she wasn't finished with her thought ... she definitely speaks at a slower pace than me, so valid feedback of course. I also can't wait to hear more from her, I adore her music.
Without wanting to disrespect this great artist that I admire (I am a huge fan!), it is obvious that she had surgery, even if no one talks about it and she keeps it a secret . But yes, she is a beautiful person who makes good choices for her career and her life.
I first heard Chelsea Wolfe on an advert for a Jaguar SUV. I had never expected to be introduced to a doom/post metal artist through a tv advertisment for a luxuary SUV. It's good to be surprised.
Chelsea Wolfe has long been my guilty pleasure because, until now, I had no idea what she might be like. I saw her look but didn't watch video or interviews. I just really liked her music. Last night I pulled her up on Spotify and saw that she'd worked with Converge and I fell flat on the bed. I am so glad that she's working with some people I adore and after this awkward human interaction, I am an even bigger fan. She's a dork...like all of us.
I don’t get the concept of a guilty pleasure in general and certainly don’t in this specific case. Wolfe isn’t Cardi B. She’s a complete and real artist.
It’s interesting to hear Chelsea’s largest influences as ones that I would also identify as majors in my life. It could be why I’m so attracted to her music or perhaps it’s almost generational? Also obsessed with Lindsay Buckingham’s Big Love live performance. The albums version pales in comparison.
Love from İstanbul... Im so happy to learn that we have common songs...(I made also songs and wonder she likes ? :) I wish a concert at soon in here... So much love from me🖤🖤🖤
I know the presenter is trying hard and maybe there’s a delay or something for her, but I would’ve really appreciated her giving more pause before speaking after she asks a question. Overall good interview though.
As a Scorpio, I just have to say…if the interviewer wasn’t so brash and abrasive, I think we would have gotten a much more calm, open and flowing state from our dearest Chelsea. She did an amazing job with the situation. Still so elegant and poised. I, as a Scorpio rising and stellium would have shut down to this interviewer out of fear for lashing out 😬😅 lol Great questions asked tho.
Don’t wanna be too rude but the interviewer needs a little more work. I know it’s a hard job and she may have been nervous but felt like a radio interview where they didn’t really research them and just had basic questions. Over all still loved it.

Chelsea is an amazing artist and performer.. such a beautiful person, spirit..etc

Still as beautiful and haunting as ever. Her confidence has gotten so much better.
Ugh I just love it that we have so many influences in common. What an inspiring woman. 🖤🤓

She’s Wardruna fan. That’s extra points.

Wow, she's really down to earth.

That was one of the things I noticed too. Drastically different energies and I think she probably had more to say that she didn't get to
Revolver's interviewers are really awful
@@DeadManSinging1 I don't want to be that harsh, but you have some right

@@TheVoidwithChristina You did great. Awesome questions. We appreciate your work!
I love the fact that AFTER Chelsea Wolfe became my favorite artist, I discovered that I have a distant cousin that really looks like her.
Chelsea Wolfe is a national treasure.
Great interview! Chelsea Wolfe is aging in reverse

Thank you so much, I really enjoyed this!
Wow she mentioned Xiu Xiu..I was into them at the same time
Chelsea, we love you!

Hi ! Do you remember the name of the song ?
Great interview. Love all your music :D
Beautiful Chelsea Wolfe.
Wonderful interview

There are not guilty pleasures in my opinion. Just music to enjoy.
Im never guilty about most of my pleasures and Chelsea wolfe just makes delicious awesome music

Love when Chelsea is thrown off by a question, great interview and a nice holdover until I can see her perform live again.
I share so many musical likes with her, like we have such similar taste
Eu amo Chelsea Wolfe!
Me right now:
😍
Chelsea Wolfe is so cool
💛💛💛
I always thought about the parallelism between Kate bush, Pj Harvey and Chelsea.
By the way... we'd love have you in South America!

Damn, she is stoned to the bone in this. Haha
