I had a cop write a report for the first time in my life. He wrote only a few words and he left out 90% of what I said. This drastically changed the meaning of what I said.
Well, cops have different types of reports, a handwritten report is often shorter, a computer-filed report is usually much longer and are filed after a lot of calls and Shootings, Arrests, Citations, etc etc
