I’ve been doing a mixture of dry food and homemade dog food for my two huskies. The mixture is ground turkey, beef liver ,crushed egg shells turmeric ground pepper, sweet potatoes ‘ carrots, peas , spinach and green beans. They really enjoy it, the food I get is 4health from tractor supply

With my dogs I do a mix of raw real food boiled and some dog food and it’s working really well ❤❤❤
Yeah I think my next move is to do 1/2 and 1/2 until I decide if I want to do full raw 🤔
Where is this animal diet fad coming from? I just don’t understand how people think they feel good eating almost zero fiber. Sigh. The internet goes through cycles. I’m excited for this one to be over already. I really appreciate that you are sticking with your more balanced approach.
An animal based diet isn’t the same as being carnivore. Carnivore is a bad idea! These ppl will have liver issues in a few years. I’m on an animal based diet and I feel good! And yes I also eat carbs, fruits and veggies. 😅
Yes! I mean to each their own. But personally I couldn't give up complex carbs. I like the movement towards whole natural foods with those diets but again... they are pretty restrictive
P.S...used to feed my pups Stella & Chewy raw but now I give Lucy Pet & add in beef or chicken...both great...hope that helps..😊..thank you..❤
