Recipe: 1/2 cup natural almond butter 1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder Dash of salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips + more on top Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes. ENJOY!!!
Are you able to do a whole video about your hybrid training and someone that has been in a slump like myself lol! Been struggling with enjoying the gym/lifting and notice I’m more tired sluggish and get sore easy! It’s frustrating 😅😅 just trying to stay consistent and find a passion again

I’m a hybrid and I’ve researched a lot. Try running amap on asphalt and dirt over concrete. Concrete is super hard on your knees and legs. I noticed a big difference when I switched
Running on concrete isn't great on the body, but I just make sure I'm prioritizing recovery and not running my body into the ground (no pun intended lol). Trails would be ideal but where I live there's not many around me that are dirt / softer ground. Definitely a great tip though thanks for sharing!!!

Do you have a preference between venison and elk? I've heard elk is a little more subtle in flavor.
LOVE ELK. This kind of deer is called a Stag which is exotic here in Texas. But it has zero game-y taste and tastes much different than white tail. It's amazing

LOVE THIS!! 🙏 random question lol.. is it okay to lift upper body and lower body everyday? Like the same muscle groups everyday? That’s what I’ve been doing but people give me a hard time about it, saying I’ll never get jacked if i do. But it’s worked for me i noticed a difference :)
Hey! Ideally lifting the same muscle group within 24-36 hours won't give that muscle enough time to recover. So no, I would NOT recommend lifting the same muscle group one after another. Most people are overtraining too. So this adds to the lack of recovery. I have a ebook that provides 2 days lifting + 2 days mobility for beginners and 3 days lifting + 2 days mobility for advanced version. I recommend you follow the advanced version hitting your step goal daily + protein goal! You'll see some great gains if you do this 👊🏼
