All those freah herbs in that marinade/dressing would make any grilled vegetables taste good, even some fish.

Yes!! This would definitely work on fish as well. Just don't marinate the fish too long in this- you'll have ceviche!

Never occurred to me to marinate and grill zucchini. Later this summer, when my gardening friends give me baseball bat zucchini when they've gotten sick of it, I may try this as a side dish. Liked your new intro music too, Blakely; new music for a new home. Nice!

Sprinkle them with freshly graded Parmesan cheese just before taking them off the grill
