Wonderful to hear something new from Helen Reddy. Such a fantastic voice!
The conductor of the band -Bruce is very good. I keep watching this video because of how wonderful he and his band are , apart from Helen Reddy, Reece Holland and Betty Buckley.
I have to add Betty Buckley to my list of favorite women -- I had never heard of her until today. Looked her up and she is really a queen of broadway -- wow it's never too late as my late mother always said to discover new talent. I've only seen a few off broadway theater one was Annie and the other one was Greece -- would love to see more of Betty Buckley perhaps on you tube.
Betty Buckley is so talented and we seldom get to see the other side of their talented repertoire. Helen Reddy a lost treasure, her star still shines brightly.

Wonderful musical I thoroughly enjoyed it
I know this is offbase but in my UA-cam viewing celebration of Helen Reddy's glorious career I've marveled at seeing the Powerful but wispy early Helen emerge as the diminutive but still Powerful elder songstress as her legend became history. Here in the full-figured, again Powerful, middle years one can almost see the transition. It's like seeing 3 stars, one as bright as the next. R.I.P. ever-shining star and thanks for being here

Bravo Helen! I wish she had done more broadway -- she was great in Airport as well as Pete's Dragon one of my grown up son's favorite (lol) and mine too.
Truly , the singers and songs of yesterday the real feel good songs for today and particularly in these ongoing Covid lockdown days still . Great to find this tonight specially as Helen passed last year and was a huge fan from day one . Unique voice , great hits and who could forget her in Airport 75 with the first glamour movie star from the beginning of Celluloid and Hollywood , Gloria Swanson .

It must have been 1990 or 1991, as Helen Reddy said that Cats was in its eighth year on Broadway.
Mr Hil and she mentioned that phantom was playing in LA - so that was 1989-1993 (or so)
