Side note: I wish more people would do unedited videos. Yes they are longer, but they are real. We can see the Blending process, and how long it really takes. Unedited is real. And with so many people being shady these days, unedited is what i prefer. If it takes 20 minutes to blend a shadow, i want to know. 😂 If they blend nicely, i want to know. Sets the correct expectations LOL!

Thank you! Yes, days are so busy as a mama of four - mixing in animals has proven tricky, but we’re finding a rhythm! I had to give up any goals for a garden this year, but hopefully in the fall I can try for a little one!
My toddlers have just given up naptime, so when you looked and said your daughter was not laying back down, I felt that in my mama soul. 😂
Ugh, I hear you! It’s rough when they decide they don’t need a nap….and then end up being fussy the rest of the day because of no nap 😂

Secondly, I really enjoyed this unedited style of vid. Seeing the blending in full, is super helpful and listening to you changing your mind and explaining why, is just fantastic.

I'm like you Katie, I don't like scary/spooky, ungodly packaging. I dunno, it feels blasphemous to me. That said, I love the cool toned colour story and I'll definitely be getting it.

Thank you Chrissy! I’m so glad you don’t mind the unedited content! The days are certainly very busy - not much time to relax or recharge during this phase of life outside of sleep…but I am optimistic this difficult phase isn’t going to last much longer! ☺️ hubby’s job/schedule is going to get better, puppy is getting a little older/more obedient every week, and once the crazy heat starts to die down for fall my daily animal chores will decrease significantly!
To me it reminds me of the cool tones in the Hudson Valley mixed w the Haunted Europe palette
I can see those palettes in here, or at least a more cool toned version of them, yes!
I'm excited for this palette and can't wait to get it into my hot little hands. 😂

I think the uncut, unedited version is just fine. As long as there are not a lot of interruptions with pets or conversations with other people in the room, it’s ok.

The packaging is awesome 😊and the shimmers look nice! Am just not sure it's the fall /Halloween palette for me. There will be a lot of other brands coming out w releases 😅
That is true; I’m sure brands are going to start rolling out their fall palettes now - and this palette IS a permanent palette, so don’t feel pressured to get it right away if you want to wait and see what comes out
Unedited is good for me! Do whatever works for you, I actually like you talking about your daily life while you do your makeup, I like hearing your stories about daily life.

I loved the look you did - was really pretty, I also felt it reminded me of the Okavango palette plus the Whistler palette because of the similar tones. I loved the new buttery shimmer formula from this palette 🥰 thank you for your review. It was fun to hear about homesteading from you 🐔🐔🐔 we have a couple of hens, and had a very bold black snake steal eggs a few weeks back, which was quite exciting 🤭

And YIKES, talk about concerning! a snake in the coop is always a concern of mine - I’m always on the lookout because that’s the last thing I want to reach into the coop and find 😂😂
@KatieMarie yes, we were concerned too! it ended up going back to the shed with some help from a stick to get it out 🤭.

I’m glad it wasn’t too boring or uninteresting! I love the animals we have and talking about how it’s been learning to care for them - most days it’s an adventure for sure!
Will you sell the pigs 🐖 or do you slaughter them?
We’re open to both sell and eat - but for now we’re wanting to focus on growing a few out to harvest for ourselves. If we have large litters we will probably sell a few if the market is good for it. Kunekune’s are slow to fully mature/grow, so it’s typically at least a year or two to get enough meat on them to process
I don’t mind the unedited videos from you. I just don’t like when people do unedited videos and they don’t edit out things like when they step away from the camera for like 5 minutes. 😂 I think you should film and post whatever is easy for you.
