Not my favourite colour, but what a versatile piece of kit that Vola T style is! Love that growly bridge pup. Great review, Shane, and I'm looking forward to the gig video.
Dig the color, love the tones!! The Vola Vasti is a guitar that I can appreciate what it does and look past the name on the headstock. Great video Shane!🎸🎸🎸😎😎🤙🏾🤙🏾
Hey Shane. Great review again. Really enjoying your recent content. Some great guitar brands I've never heard of. Keep it up. Best wishes from England.
Man that Screams Rock -n- Roll ! Those Pickups sound Awesome and it's Pointy ! Reminds Me of the Zach Wylde " Wylde Audio Guitars " with the Body carve and the Pointy Horn 🎸🤟 😃🤘
I really like the Volas...but with so many reverse headstocks and no fret markers, the choices for me are very limited...but they are still awesome....great work Shane!!!!
Can't honestly say that I like the shape of both the body and the headstock. The colour is of course a matter of taste. I think that I'll stick to my Fender Baja Telecaster. I've not yet come across a Telecaster that can match it, and that includes several USA Telecasters that I've tried.
Oh wow. That's a neck I don't think I could use. Vola's website says 20mm at the 1st and 21mm at the 12th. My current guitar is almost 25mm at the 1st and at least 29mm at the 12th! That's a HUGE difference. 😲 My measurements aren't exact because it had strings on when I measured so I couldn't get the vernier caliper all the way on. So those are minimum measurements. Actual dimensions are likely within +1mm of those numbers.
@@shreddyz it's an Indio 66 DLX Plus Goldtop from Monoprice. The Les Paul-style guitar in my avatar. The neck is quite chunky and I really really like it. In inches it was 0.950" at the 1st and 1.140" at the 12th and like I said, that wasn't a full measurement. If I remember, I'll measure it next time I restring it.
Thank you for the review!!! It's too bad Vola doesn't have more Strat Based offerings without Floyd Rose. I would really be interested in a Vola Strat "Without" the Floyd Rose. I "Know" there are tons of Floyd Rose fans out there. I'm just not one of them. My observation has been...You LOVE Floyd Rose, or you Hate Them, however, in my case, I would just prefer to not have one. It is most definitely "Not" a Love / Hate Thing. Just not where I want to spend my $$$$. Like my entire philosophy about guitars....There is no Right Or Wrong...It's All About Personal Preference!!!! Great Video Shane!!! Thank you
The sound is actually pretty cool but the look is... not sure what to think about it. On the one hand I like that it is not just another straight Tele clone. On the other there are some parts that look not very pleasing to my eye in particular the lower part of the body and the headstock. Also the color isn't mine at all but that not a big deal, they might have others.
The Volas you’ve had on this channel have been some of the best guitars you’ve reviewed, and this one is no exception. Sounds great!

What I like about your channel is that it's consistently professional in the way you review products. And that intro gig... Awesome!
Thanks, Paul! :)
Good morning, from the United States Shane. Great reviews, as usual!✨💎💎💎✨
A great combination of old and new and sounds fantastic!!! Great vid Shane!
Dang Shane! You had that tone dialed in for sure!
Shane, can I just say how much your playing has come on in the past few years. Just a stunning player.
Dig the color. Every Vola I have played has been a really nice guitar. Great review dude!
I love that colour! Look! Sound! And spec's! Very cool guitar.😍👍
Sounds like the BEST 'Tele' you could hear! \m/
Idea for the next Halloween video. Up on stage jamming, the crowd turns to zombies and you have to fend them off by spearing them with that headstock.
haha that's awesome
Sounds brilliant Shane.
What a damn cool hotrodded Tele. Way cool and a wonderful demonstration.
Wow! That is a great looking surf green!
Funky Tele and I love it! And a lefty! Even better... That rail pickup absolutely screams...
Hey Shane. Great review again.

Nice opening jam.
What a great guitar!!! Thanks for sharing this! Nice presentation as always from you! Cherios! Marko from Latvia!
Love the upper fret access on this guitar.
Great looking guitar and a great player
I’m a big fender fan and I want a Vola pretty damn badly.
Sounds great man. Awesome review !!! Love the color and shape.

Did Doctor Rick get get a Vola aswell !! Nice guitar. I am very tempted!

I like the look. Do they have it in Blue ? Blues On....💙
Sounds great, I dig the color.
That's a very interesting guitar. Hope I can try one out over here in Europe.
Yum. That sounds delicious!!
That’s pretty cool. Will have to check them out next time I get to Jerry’s.
Very cool!
I'm getting an old school Blink 182 vibes from that color!
Those block inlays are extremely rounded off for being blocks 😉
I kid, Shane. I know you meant dot inlays.
Cool guitar and good review !
can you make a comparison between this and a fender?

Holy cow, what kind of guitar do you have? That's thicker than a '59 les paul or a warmoth fatback.

Hi and God bless you Shane. It would be great if one day you could do a review of a Richie Kotzen signature Fender Telecaster.
I don't think there's a lefty kotzen?!

😖 I think your right. Forgot that part.
🔥🔥🤘🍻
👍🏻👍🏻

My wife is gonna hate me for spending more money.
😆😆
I love mini humbuckers. There i said it.
the colour is meh but for the rest def a very interesting item from a brand I had never heard of. great playing again Shane!
I believe 'VOLA' is a Japanese word to shorten the traditional phrase... "HOLY SCHNAPPIN' CRAP TURTLES AWESOME !!"
Too bad all the Vola Vasti's are sold out on the web site. 🙁
The headstock didn't work for me. Looks like a beak 😅
Thats actually Seafoam Green. Surf green is lighter.
Love it but this one doesnt sound like its properly intonated
Sounds great, but "it just ain't right"...
Eh locking tuners....deal breaker
Have this guitar, and the neck is really fat . Otherwise it’s a great guitar.
That headstock is hideous.
modern C... boo.
Um, it’s not a Tele, as well as being fugly
Not a tele …
Lol, I was waiting for that (or a similar) comment.
@@han36solo So a Flying V is a variant of one of the guitars you mentioned. I always thought it looked eerily similar to a 335. ;)
@@raytorvalds3699 no no sorry that would be the "Pointy" guitar group.
what an ugly guitar but sounded ok
That is the ugliest guitar I have ever seen , Vola should be prosecuted for making such hideously ugly guitars
You know what they say about opinions right? haha
