A massive factor that was mentioned that shocks new people is the cardio aspect, people can’t comprehend it. Had lads that run marathons regularly come to roll and nearly have panic attacks where they can’t control their breathing and gas tank.

least yas tell the truth... juijit su was for the samaurai if they fell off the horse. (unarmed combat). i beleive more martial artist can do jits that kickbox. my lesson is this... train your hands... diaz is a good example. masvidal should of beat him. they may of both been on juice but that hey thats another story...
