Terrible clock management that 2nd to last USC drive. Why did they pass twice and stop the clock? Had they ran the ball and not gotten a first the clock would have been under 3 minutes. Could USC still have lost with 2:50 on the clock? Sure, but there was no excuse for throwing the ball once let alone twice.
Yup, their luck will run out. Defense is very solid, with a banged up secondary. With rod moore not injured Michigan's defense would be elite. The offense is a hot mess. If they had tuttle at QB they would be better

Michigan has played two top 11 teams out of 4 games (3-1) the suckeyes played no one Texas would have killed you the same way. You will limb into the playoffs with 2 losses enjoy your cupcakes while you can.

They have no chance against Oregon or Ohio state unless they find a passing game. Once those teams get 2 to 3 scores ahead of them, they will be screwed. And don't think for a second that those 2 offenses will struggle to score against that so-called vaunted defense. Will Johnson can only shut down one receiver at a time, and the rest of their secondary isn't good enough to cover any of those receivers 1 on 1. Their defenses will just load the box with way better players defensively then they saw against usc and shut that run game down.
Michigan will get its share if the Buckeyes do not take them seriously. Michigan will try to run the clock, pick up some first downs and shorten the game. I admit I did not take them seriously the last two years and we saw what happened. Can this team keep winning? Probably not but it will not surprise me if Michigan comes into Columbus with only two losses and playing for its playoff life. It will be interesting to see how teams choose to defend Michigan and if we see any improvement from a one dimensional offense.
No Michigan fan truly cares about the game this year tbh, we won last year when it mattered in route to the chip, the final year where it was a four team playoff and the game was a de facto playoff game. OSU fans will have to live with this fact for forever and it gives me so so so much happiness. This year can’t make up for last year no matter how much brain delusion/trickery you have!!!
