I watched a video of a condo that Erik Conover was showing on billionaires row. It was 53 W 53rd on the 76-77th floors. The views were amazing from up there including looking down at Central Park. The unit listed for 63 million.

It was pretty good, but you had to jump a lot, because you spent a lot of time fishing and the street musicians playing. But its address was Central Park, not music-afternoon from the ghettos. But they're all like that, it's cultural.
