Justine: never watches TV
Also Justine: gets a whole theatre display 😂
For free, who would say no? Actually, paid for getting it and advertising it on her channel. What can be better than that?
Justine didn't say she doesn't watch movies.
hahaha no no, I do watch it.. just not in my room 🤣
@@iJustinehey justine what company was that screen you used in this video the screen where you projected the videos on
@@iJustine Hey, I was wondering what happened to your first black iPhone 4? The one released in 2010. Thanks.
I miss your vlogs/ day in the life content ❤
I’m not
The rising projector screen seems cool.
This screen is a 100" vividstorm s pro screen.😉
The rising projector screens are awesome!
This screen is a 100" vividstorm s pro screen.😉
I actually own the Nexigo PJ90. This one is the PJ92 so it’s an upgraded version of what I have. I don’t see much difference. My remote looks just like a Fire TV remote and doesn’t have backlit keys. I don’t think I get the 4K at 120 HTZ. I think it’s limited to 60 HTZ but I’m very happy with it so far. Bright rich colors and even though it’s a “pixel shifter” I’m okay with that. You can’t tell. The image is so clean and sharp on my 120” screen. I bought this projector recently even though I hadn’t even heard of it. It just checked off a lot of boxes for me and was reasonably priced at $1,799.
What's the projection screen you are using?
The real MVP of UST projectors is really the screen technology rather than the projector. The ceiling light rejecting screen (that anyone even slightly clever will absolutely get instead of a white screen) catches the light coming from below and throws it forward toward the viewer, while rejecting spill light coming from above, so you get a great experience in a (dimly) lit room as well as in pitch darkness. The immersion from a 120 inch screen makes even a gigantic 80 inch TV look pretty anemic.
I ended up with the awol 2500 and 110in vividstrom floor rising, and i got both at a discount and Im plenty pleased and very watchable during the day and very bright at night
Why would you get one of these over a (pretty large) TV like the one you covered? Genuine question - any benefit? I always imagined that the TV would give the better image, so looking to learn
Just immersion. 120 inches vs 80 doesn't sound like very much, but the difference in surface area is bigger than it seems. 6195 square inches vs 2730 (120 inch diagonal vs 80). Sure, an OLED TV will have deeper blacks and do better in daylight, but these with an ALR or CLR screen will create a very enjoyable image and, again... immersion. Bigger is just better. They're also easier to handle in my opinion, I mean she lifts it herself. Try lifting an 80 inch TV... I wouldn't necessarily go for the Nexigo, Epson has a really nice model that's even brighter.
This has become a infomercial channel, remember the tv-shop channel? 😂😂
It looks like a suitcase but looks really nice hopefully UA-cam won’t copyright herself love that screen protector
Would be cool if the projector came w that screen. I think it would added to the experience
Yes really
Projector screens are really a lot expensive
Great video! A couple of quick questions: What is that screen and what's the screen size? I love the idea of being able to raise the screen from below rather than having to mount a screening the ceiling.
Yeah I was thinking the SAME thing! Great minds think alike!
Could be something like vividstorm. They are the most popular for short throw projectors, They have been rated the best. I would look at the LG short throw though. It looks a lot sharper then this one.
Justine,
Please could you also leave a link for that projector screen. That being motorized is a dream!
How loaded are you?
Justine: Yes.
Wish I could afford something like that.
Hullo. What projevtor screen was used for this showcase?
I'll stick to glass screen tvs. More clear crystal clear viewing. This would be great for outdoor gatherings.
What’s the screen, that came up out of the floor? Where can I find one of those?
I know this video is 4 months old at least. But guuurl, how much is this?! And your making me jealous lol
Wow now that is a cool projector I’ll definitely be putting this on my Christmas list 😅
Which screen did you use & where's the link of this screen?
I need this projector… great video as always
Kudos my idol ijustine….this is a milestone for you🤣
Great review and this projector looks pretty nice!
I agree. It’s really cool
Justine - Welcome to HOME THEATER NIRVANA. The first time I plugged in my Epson Laser (Short Throw) Projector in my home theater I was BLOWN AWAY. Other than the phenomenal picture the other things that I really loved were the super simple setup (less cabling) AND not having to turn down the lights anymore at all like I had to do with my previous projector. So cool. A couple of tips:
1) Make sure that your screen is an Ambient Light Rejection (ALR) screen or you are only seeing a portion of what that projector is really capable of. The color/sharpness difference with ALR is huge!
2) To take your home theater audio to the next level (affordably) I recommend the Nakamichi Shockwafe Ultra Dolby Atmos Home Theater system - The surround sound is crystal clear and really amazing!
I absolutely love the content and quality of your videos. Have fun with your new toy!
Wow thanks for the tips! I'm so hyped and wish I'd have gotten into this sooner but it's so impressive!
Great review Justine. Thank you for always blessing us with quality tech content.
Really?
Projectors are really making their mark 🤩🤩🤩
Neat TV!
You get some of the coolest electronics!
👍👍❤U
What's the expanding screen @ijustine ? You NEED to add that to the video links!!!
Great video review, as always.
I am intrigued by the UST projector technology and want to see where it develops in the years to come.
However, it is worth noting that none of the current generation UST projectors have native 4K UHD resolution. Only select long throw (standard throw) projectors have native 4K UHD projection. So even though this projector is labeled as a 4K UHD projector, it just uses pixel shifting to achieve "near 4K" resolution. The only real options (more or less) for native 4K projection are with JVC and Sony.
I'm so sold!! I am excited to see where it goes too. It's so impressive.
I've had a UST projector (LG Cinebeam) for years and have loved it!
@@BlazerRox The Cinebeam seems to be the best all around model but still not sold on them. I think they have a long way to go to catch up with normal throw projectors.
@@scotttild It really helps to have the special screen material designed for ST projectors, makes a big difference in the brightness especially in a not-so-dark room
You already have a huge TV.
Is that a back beam? Mine is a front projector
Where is that big grey home theater stand from????
this is actually INSANE I NEEEEEED this once I move into my first home! This alone would not fit in my tiny-ass apartment LOOL
Aww juuuuuujuuuuu 🥰😍🔥
Good video, but I dont think its bright enough to deter people in bright living rooms to give up purchasing a new mini-led TV. For those with home theater rooms, its looks great.
Their Kickstarter was suspended for some reason. ?
Justine never watches TV 🙂🙂
I have my own home theater. I ❤this video.
This looks so cool. Yes please!
Off Subject, where did you get your entertainment stand that your TV is on! I love it and need it!
I love infomercials.
I need one of these NexiGo Projectors!
You know in the next couple of years we will be thinking about a VR room that I will call Holosuite and a Projectors in the room to make things immersive and camera rig for motion setups, and you know what if Apple got into gaming in which they are they would have created the XBOX although Apple would've called it X-Game.
IT'S A HOME MOVIE THEATER!
Promotes a LG tv yesterday. Today have a completely different tv in the background while promoting a projector 😂😂
I filmed this before I did that video
what screen is she using? The nexigo doesn't come with a screen
Ereeeeeeeeeen yeeeeeeeeager🖤🖤🖤✨
Attack on titan 🙂✨🖤
So which is better… this projector or the LG Oled?
I Love the Best Movie Theater at Home and i love it 💙😍💕
Now this is a screen!!!
Awesome video. what size is that screen?
love USA ❤️🇮🇳 from India great countries
Where’s the screen from
Awesome set up👍😍
Me being amazed by the TV wood bench instead 😂 What brand is that??
How much and what kind of screen is that? I already own a ust projector but need an ALR screen just like that if the bottom area was acostically transparent.
We love you Justine long time follower
May I ask where you got your entertainment center? I love it!!!! 😍
How does the picture look on a movie like the Force Awakens, or the Dark Knight Rises?
What’s the name of that Screen, thanks.
So, are we supposed to buy this now?
Okay, if anyone can tell me the name of the game she is playing? I like first person shooter games and my husband just got the new XBox. I need game reqs. But seriously, I want to check out the game shes playing.
Great video!
I’ve never heard of this brand. How does it compare to Epson?
New Mexico projector. Ok
Love your videos. And you too 😊
Unfortunately, Justine didn't conduct a dark room test, as her living room is flooded with excessive light and sunshine, causing significant screen washout. And I really want to see this projector's performance on a 120 inch screen in a relatively dark room, like basement.
You're absolutely right and thats the first thing i noticed
Can we talk about the massage chair? 😃
we did in a previous video haha
@@iJustine I will look for it. That chair looks amaze-balls! cheers!
This is cool. You can totally use this as a backdrop.
that's what I was thinking!!!
Still got the LG evo the projector is ok👍🏾❤️
"So I have done a lot of reviews" Sorry Justine while I generally enjoy your videos , enthusiastically rattling off ad copy & tech specs isn't a review. It's a commercial....
"so I've done a lot of commercials.."
@@iJustine They're enjoyable to watch and I don't begrudge your enthusiasm. But, yes you make a lot of commercials rather than reviews.
A modern Warfare girl 👌🏼nice.
🎉🎉🎉
Justine what is your favorite games on the xbox one
I wish the video was recording the actual output of the projector versus... footage of your xbox controller? can you do a follow up of a video showing performance in light, in dark, comparing against other projectors in your home?
I'm never allowed to show to gaming footage in videos because of copyright when working with brands.. I agree :(
@@iJustine why not play the generic 4k UA-cam content?
I feel like they should make a new halo game!!!
I’m used to seeing Justine being enthusiastic about her tech reviews, but this was extra! So pleased to see you in much better health, and enjoying yourself. 👍
2:45 - What song is that? Does anyone know? Thanks!
Grey levels
Amazing ❤
Wow great video
I think a lot of men would wanna live with @iJustine because her decor is like a bachelor. Minimalistic and the colors. LOL
So awesome
MOVIE THEATER AT HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Perfect
WHAT?! She called it a remote not a controller this time. 🤣
in my opinion you are doing such great videos lately, iJ. seems such a nice projector
if i won this id trade it for a quest 2 and quest pro controllers
Nice video iJ!
I hope The Nexigo PJ92 is not rated for 92 and above viewers...the Experiences Seams to be fantastic the next Thing for Justine is placing the Nexigo in the Garage and playing all Tesla Games on the big screen using the stearing Inputs of the Tesla for a racing game via Bluetooth to the console
No props to the awesome motorized screen? :)
Looks great, but my initial concerns is that the device might be vulnerable on the floor to trip over, kids or pets getting into it. Dust accumulation. You would probably want to set this up in a dedicated theatre room with protection around it and a closing cover when not in use. Neat gimmick but not practical for most.
You don't need to put it on the floor. That's just the setup that she had. You could put it on a table/entertainment unit and just have a higher screen.
Good point. I would probably buy some low height shelves just to block it.
I agree! I want to find a better spot for it or look into getting a different type of entertainment console that will house it.
Pretty sure you can still ceiling mount it, but it wouldn't work well with the ALS screen
Excuse me, but is that a 95" screen behind your projector screen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
All the stuff you get for free and actually get paid for on top to advertise… I guess you don’t have space anymore in your house.
Ok girl you need to raffle this off…I Heared you say you don’t watch much tv 😂….awesome review girly
hahaha I do watch TV just not in my bedroom is what I meant in that video!
That is different. My screen comes down from the ceiling.
Why does she look so tiny compared to all the other objects around her? 😂
Wow!
