Hell yeah!!!! Only those who know what it is to be pregnant, delivering a baby, and how exhausting and debilitating it is to go through the first newborn phase after all that, and still be able to perform like you did will understand! Your performance was beyond human!

Hi Tia, thank you for sharing the constructive unpacking that you and hubby have and still going through since Rogue. Some might see it as you being highly critical of your performance, but I see it's you recognising the changes your body has been through and how you are adapting to your new normal. I loved watching Annie going through her training since her first baby, but I'm not sure if she's shared her thought processes and adaptations with her followers. Either way, both yourself and Annie are the pinnacle of awesomeness, and you are both sharing and showing that you can still keep up the journey even after you've had a baby. Another Crossfit mama I follow is your fellow country woman Alethea Boon and she's doing so well too. So proud of you all ❤❤❤

that champion mind is very different to our ordinary people :-) After such a long break from the hardcore training you were used to, you came in and took silver and still feel like you had to record the "what happened" video. Seeing what you were doing at Rogue just shows that other competitors should really worry about their training now. Tia's back, its the fight for the 2nd-3rd place again for them.

TCT…… a true champion. Classy in victory and defeat.
I remember her at 2022 games when I was there in person, she was the first person cheering for girls on sand bag even that had beat her and then she was the first woman to go encourage the athletes on grass that were struggling to finish time cap.
    Things the cameras don’t show.

This is the most unnecessary video ever. Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr had the sheer guts to compete a mere 7 months after having a baby. That boldness alone should be celebrated! Then, she placed 2nd overall with 2 event wins and 6 more "top 5" finishes. That performance alone should be celebrated! Then, she had to overcome adjusted programming for multiple events - due to the rain - that began to favor certain strengths in a way that doesn't reflect the CrossFit ideal. That adaptability alone should be celebrated! No clear-eyed fan of the sport is sitting here asking, "What happened at ROGUE?!?!" I'll tell you what happened: some amazing examples of human performance...that's what.
