What i've noticed is that doing the right things in regards to attracting women FEELS weird for most men, but they are the things that work. I noticed that when I pull back or take my time in responding i feel weird and unnatural, but that's because i've conditioned myself that way. But slowly it will become normal with practice.

My girlfriend pulled away from me and its been like that almost 1 month and I tried talking about it with her but it didnt help. What should I do instead, trying to reattract her? Simple. The advice is copied from another video which I responded to another person who had a similar question:
Just walk away until she gets back to you. Don't text her again. In the meantime, start flirting with other women. Don't let her affect you. The storm will always come just like the calm will too. Stay strong my friend! If you handle things the right way, *they always come back.*
Remember: Attraction grows in space. Go no contact immediately. This sends a message to her that is very attractive.

Well you right and all that but I already showed signs of weakness like showing that Im hurt by her and also she seems like more open to talking to other guys. Do you think she will come back regardless if I stop messaging her now or do I need to say something like "I break up with you" to her? The way I see it she is only stringing me along until she finds another guy she can replace me with and only comes back if she cant find a better guy or misses me.

The danger is not her looking for someone while you are pulling back, the danger is her finding some while you are *not* pulling back. If you tell her "I break up with you" you are showing weakness because you are telling her that you are scared she will break up with you first. It does not matter if you acted weak in the past, just start projecting high value now. Be strong. Don't focus on her because this will turn her off. The only way to get her attention is to completely remove yours. Just go no contact without saying anything (essentially walk away) until she gets back to you and believe me, *she will come back to you if you handle things the right way.* Don't be scared, focus on your goals and ambitions and this will work out just fine. In the case that she doesn't come back (highly unlikely if you pull back and display strength), you will get someone better. Take care of yourself and trust yourself on this process.
