My dearest Peta have been doing facerobics the past 6 years. Doesnt this update belong to series 3 eye update?? . They are so similar, the only diferrence is that in the other eye update of series 3 is to have the eyes closed while in this one of series 2 eyes are open meantime the focus is almost the same. ❤️

They are not getting worse, either. But perhaps there are some muscles we forget to address. Thank you so much. You still look fabulous.
Sylvia, there is no one exercise for the jowls and you cannot change or add to the routines due to over exercising. Just follow the routines as I have prescribed and over time you will see subtle changes. Its not something that changes overnight.

Just out of interest - this update is totally differnet to the 2019 update for this excercise - in that one you used three fingers - i assume you could still use that one ifyou found it easier - or is it bests to try and use the updated one as i assume you have found that any update you use may be better for you - is that right thank you x

Have you looked into this? It goes hand in hand with our facial aerobics and to me it's been a game changer.

Hi Ey, all of the routines will help you, as you have to do them all. But look in the playlists for the techniques and look for the asymmetrical face techniques that you apply while doing the exercises
Can you please update the exercise with me video also as these updates can change. Even as I see them I depend on the exercise with me and focus on just copying and do not remember... or maybe add the words "update to series 2" in the title so we can search by those same words too?
Hi amommyof2, all of the updates are the same exercises, I havent changed any of them bar 2 of them in other series. As I always explain, these updates give deeper information on how to perform the exercise. So, the idea is you watch them when its time to get to whatever series you are in, take note of what I am saying and simply apply it to the exercise. In this exercise, nothing what so ever has changed. Its more of a education for you on how to do the exercise better. Also, I wont be changing the EAWMe on the Channel. I would have to change it everytime I do an update on any exercise, so I am sorry, I just cant do that. I have a membership site where people can join for a ridiculously small amount of money each year, and where the EAWMe are all in their entirety and much different from the ones on UA-cam. Does that all make sense?

Every other time I've seen you do this exercise, you do it using 3 fingers across the upper eyelid, which is how I've been doing it also. In your above comment, though, you say the exercise is exactly the same, nothing has changed, but here you're only using 2 fingers in the outer corner. What am I missing? Thanks Peta! I am on series 2. Maybe I’m confused. Is this exercise in addition to the 2 eye exercises that are in series 2 already? It doesn’t look like the 2 hand placements that are performed by you in the existing series two eyes. Or is this just an add on to the 6 exercises in series 2, or just a new hand placement for the lower eyelid exercise? Sorry, hope you understood my long winded question.

Christina, I am sorry I cannot refer you to any other exercise program, however, look for my Face Yoga routines in the Playlists, they are much gentler on the jaw.
I did the original series 2 eye exercise. I started at series 1 and did all the levels and it was going ok until I got to level 2. I did exactly as you said in the video but in the 1st week my eyelids stretched and now they hang over my eyelids and look terrible. I doubt they'll ever go back to normal. At 1st I thought it might of been caused by my opiod painkillers so I came off them and now a week later I can see that if I hadn't of done this exercise my eyes would of been back to normal by now. I'm devastated. I was wary about stretching the most delicate part of my eye but I was very careful and only stretched it a tiny bit, I wish I listened to my instinct but it's too late now.
Hi Brandy Snaps, I am so sorry to hear this. You will have to stop all together now. Sometimes, very rarely, people cannot do the exercises and is why I am so anal about instructing people what to do. I am unsure what has happened to your eyelids as I was not there to see what you were doing. Possibly some cold compresses may work just to ease the eyelids, and use some collagen cream to help build the collagen again. Just dont do any more, not even massage.
