Dug some clams here in SC. I'm using Riesling to cook them - adds a nice riesling sweet note. I just keep all the juice including the clam juice. Nice touch with hot peppers in a white vinegar. Thank you so much for this video!
Might be one of best videos saw on UA-cam, in RI always have calms, even softshell or steamers, so many things can do either way, love casinos, raw bar, stuffies, clamcakes, steamed dip in butter, fried clams with bellies, chowder🤤🤤😢, just off head.. was always free, now have to pay crazy prices, had accident so disabled, glad video popped up on homepage.
