Troy is the man. He always had one of the most aesthetic physiques in the IFBB.
I've knew from the thumbnail that's Troy Alves!!! He's great bodybuilder and I've met him 2012 at the fibo expo !! He's a good example of long-term bodybuilding
Troy alves was a very under-rated bodybuilder in my opinion .One of my all time favorites.
I've always liked Troy's demeanor, very humble and speaks the truth about his experience with bodybuilding,.... very cool and collected

What a video! Martial arts and bodybuilding were two of the biggest influences in my life as a youngster. Michael Jai White and Troy Alves are personal favorites of mine in their respective disciplines and I'm amazed they are chidhood friends!

Wow , I never saw this one coming. Always been a big fan of Troy regardless of his placings. I always liked his physique and how he never played into what bodybuilding has become. Of course Michael you fuckin rock too as a person , actor, and a teacher

Years ago, I had an issue of Muscle and Fitness where I think one of the feature stories was either about Michael or Troy. Leaning towards Michael because it mentioned this longtime friendship between the two. This had to be around 10+ years ago. Good to see nothing's changed.

I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Troy Alves. Consummate bodybuilder and overall fantastic human being. Don’t let his size fool you, he was an absolute freak at the top of his game though he was known for his symmetry, proportions and aesthetics.
