I remember have the system sensor mass with fci ms2 pull stations in my kindergarden & 1st grade school i beleive it was the old verison i HATED THE continuous horn and then in another building we had Gentex Commander 3 & 4 on code 3 & same old BG 12's when i saw the fire light logo that instantly remind me of my elementary school fire drills and i still though the gentex alarms better than the mass
Very interesting! I love these niche videos and channels like you, where you have a very small community around something that most people don't even realize. I was wondering: Do you know if modern systems have IT connections, like a trigger to the fire department and such?
Thank you! Yep, I’ve definitely enjoyed being in my little corner of the internet for over 10 years now. I’ve had people ask me if I’ve ever wished to be a mainstream creator, but honestly I’m happy where I am now and wouldn’t want it any other way. Fire alarm systems have been able to communicate and call the fire department for years. Originally it was old telegraph connections which later transitioned to phone line communication. Eventually this developed in wireless communication and currently communication over cellular data has been getting popular.

6:26 when I get a midnight snack:
The spoon I didn’t even touch:
Some of the tones chosen are very funky, i like that! Great choice of detectors and strobes! This system is sort of identical to our NZ ones!
I like the alarms so nice!

Thanks for the insight @@ExitSign250 And keep going!
Great video
Nice! The mass realy sounds cool!
Nice system dude, I love it
Great test as usual! Did the System Sensor Classic chime strobes come in a ceiling version?
Thank you! And no, I don’t believe System Sensor ever offered a ceiling mount version of this type of chime strobe.
05:05 "We can use a boring lighter" 💀
Neat. I like the white ns alarm
Good stuff!
What size conduit is that on your board?
It is 1/2” EMT conduit.
@@ExitSign250Interesting, I thought some parts look like they’re 3/4 size.
What does Candela mean?
Candela is the brightness of the strobe. The higher the number, the brighter the flashing light will be.
I had a dream about being in a hotel room with a simplex trualert and it kept going off
This is a genuine question have you ever had the fire department called on you for making these test videos?
I have not. Usually the alarms I set off can’t be heard from outside.
that mass was LOUD
Errrrrrrrrrrr beep beep beep errrrrrrrrrrr 😂 lol
Nice
Cool
Can we collaborate
