Welcome back! Missed your recipes over the summer. Can I use flour instead of the corn as a thickener?
Thank you!!! Flour won't work quite as well and can create lumps a bit more easily. You can use arrowroot or tapioca starch if you have it on hand.
Another good chicken recipe I will try with rice. Back in the 70s, my mother used to make something similar in a pressure cooker but added orange Tang when cooking the rice. There was always seconds for me as I was the only one of 4 kids that liked it:)
I never would think to add Tang to the rice, but that makes sense!
I just found your channel recently, and I love your recipes. However, I went exactly step-by-step following your instant pot yogurt recipe (2 years ago), and it was a total fail. I'm wondering if your method only works with full fat dairy milk...I used store bought almond milk to try this process out. Other that that, I did exactly what you recommended. Any idea what went wrong?
Sorry for my delay in repsonding. We had a tropical storm here that kept me preoccupied. Is it possible your instant pot was set to low and not normal on the temperature?
