What would be the best resource for selling? FYI - LeMans Blue Metallic.
My first 13 I got with the same miles for 23k in 2019, my current 2012 w 50k for 20 in 2020, now the same cars are worth closer to or even over minimum 30k. I would personally shoot for that if I was to sell mine.

@@JB335is2011 335is (note the s designation) hardtop convertible, fully loaded... becoming a bit of a collector's item now. I have about 46k miles on her. There were some repairs over the years but I maintained it by the book at BMW dealerships. Good luck!
My 13 IS had index 11 but my current 12 came with index 12s so it depends just newer versions, water pump went on both at the exact same miles (~55k), HPFP I am scared to find out 😅

Very nice car what a score. The IS comes with the 1M engine variant the N54t. In my opinion the IS was a test bed for future M cars with twin turbos and a duel clutch transmission. They are for sure an M car, I mean there are M badges on the wheels, steering wheel, door sills, plus all the M suspension, 1M engine tune the list goes on. The only draw back is that BMW decided to not put an lsd in the rear, most likely reason is to not snap axles. Simple mods will put you over 500 hp and the N54 is becoming legendary known as the German 2JZ
@@Farzachi1 Let me clarify the 335is has an Electronic lsd that is controlled by the brake system it is not a true clutch type lsd. Thanks for the interesting comment and there are plenty of aftermarket options to put a true clutch type or helical style lsd in the 335is
I got the exact same car, and year too. Black Sapphire on Coral Red interior. Bought it in Calgary, Alberta, Canada 2 yrs ago and transported it back home to Toronto. Bought it at 22,000 kms, now its got 28,000kms (17,400 miles) on it. 1 of 157 ever made. How many still exist? I'm thinking under 100 by now. Paid $25k CDN for it. Still can't believe what I have. #blessed

The n54 technically never stopped being produced 2011 335is are just sold as that the production started in 2010, the manual is still rare and unique theres only 700 made and i believe the clutch is upgraded

If you're in Sacramento. I swear I saw this car at either the Roseville, Sac, or Fairfield carmax back in early 2017. It was a perfectly specd car and the mileage was less than 30k. I went back the following day to purchase it, but a guy beat me there and was doing the purchase paperwork. They had a 2013 convertible 335is for 32k with less than 30k miles also, but I'm not into convertibles due to the weight. I was heart broken, and took my sad ass to Niello BMW and picked up an impressive specd F30 335i with 24k miles. And then 8 days after that Roseville BMW posted a 2015 alpine white factory m performance edition 335i with all the m performance parts (trim, lsd, mppk, exhaust, etc). I was heart broken again. If it had been 7 days I would've sent my girlfriend to Roseville BMW to guard the car for an hour while I returned my car to Niello cause they have the 7 day return policy, and would've uber'd to Roseville to buy that car. It had 26k miles and the asking price was $34k, still kinda butthurt with how fate did me dirty twice in less than 2 weeks
335is and 135is are not only Bmw-s to have n54+ 7spd dct combo. e89 Z4 sdrive35i and sdrive35is also have that dct transmission. 35is was dct only. z4 35i you could get manual or dct. Also not sure but z4-s have normal, sport and sport+ settings... i think 335is has only sport setting? not sure.. correct me if im wrong. DCT is great.. i have Z4 35i with dct.
You are wrong about few things here 1. 335is E93's came with fog light only. You mentioned all 335is comes with air ducts. 2. 335i/328i m sport front bumper has same design as 335is. 3. 335is kidney grills are not just gloss black. They have chrome on the slates. You are missing one more pedal on the left side 😅. And I think it's the other way around, automatics are everywhere? Manual transmissions are hard to find. Fake M3 hood doesn't look proportionate.
I sold my 2013 335IS back in April of this year....I really miss that car!!🙁I upgraded to the 440I Grand Coupe. Nice car with a lot more room than the 335Is, but...the look, and sound of the 335IS is unmatched in my opinion.
I bought my 335is about 18mo's ago. had 45k on it. Took awhile to find it. Actually did a west coast search for it. Only found 2 available. Couldn't find anything local. Mine is black on black. DCT, super clean. I see the price keeps climbing and climbing. Only drive it on sunny weekend days, and down to the beach. I use my Jetta to go to the store and to the mall. There were none in LA, one in San Diego and one in Portland. I have put about 1500 miles on it in the last 18 months.

I'm currently looking at getting a E92 335i and they did option them with the DCT. I drove one yesterday that had it which was awesome. 335is is still unique and awesome but the gearbox did come as an option in other 335i and 135i models. Also if you get a late '09 early 2010 model 335i/135i you can still get them with the N54 even though they are LCI which is cool. It just may not have the updated air conditioning control buttons and updated DCT paddles
The regular smegular 335i did not come with the dct. Did they have some with the same shift knob? Yes, but not the dct transmission that came with the IS models. The IS models also have a higher value due to the fact that it’s the only trim level with the DCT. Ive seen a lot of guys switch out their shifter in their regular 335i to make it look like the new style ones but it’s not the dct
@@johnnyregalado8928 maybe they weren't available in the USA. I'm from New Zealand and all the 335i's I've been looking at have come with DCT. I've VIN decoded them and everything and it's definitely DCT. Shifter isn't just swapped out either the phone centre console and everything is different

Maybe that's the thing for US, I have a EU sport edition e90 2011 with n55 and i've got that interior trim (without 335is badge), additional pedals and additional side trim ("sport edition"). Also, I might be wrong, but i've seen n55 135i in EU that comes stock with DCT. Thank you for the content tho :)

I think they also have upgraded fuel injectors (index 12), upgraded HPFP and water pump...all these were the main problems with the N54 pre LCI.

So the 335is manual trans is basically the same thing as a regular 335i manual trans?
the trans is the same but the clutch is off a F10 550i with the V8

They don't have an upgraded differential. I just put an upgraded differential in my 335IS.

IIRC it's not 2 oil coolers. 1 is oil cooler the other is a extra radiator for cooling system

to expensive ! for a lot less 335i with a few bolt on 's and MHP 2 stage it is stronger than the 335is ! Good Info Thx !

Yea until I pull up next to your regular 335i lol . Everyone says this and I’ve been stopped multiple times by ppl with them and it’s always “ man I should’ve waited and gotten the IS “ 😂
