Thanks for the review even though it is now 3 years old. Just saw this sim rig for sale, second hand in mint condition at a great price. I will keep an eye our for something else as it doesn't look sturdy enough.
I'm in Ireland and I'm ordering a seat from them in the next few days. They have other options for about 20 euro more and they look a lot more solid and give a lot more adjustment options
are you talking about this one? www.fk-shop.de/en/Tuning/Sport-seats-belts/Racing-simulator-seats/Game-Seat-for-PC-and-Games-console-fabric-black.html if so let me know if its any good, thinking of getting one!
I have the same seat but it isn't very stable, but if you invest 20 Euro in some steel the seat will be stable and nearly perfect, you will find a video of my Playseat-Tuning on my channel here on UA-cam.
I have this sim currently using it it’s great going to make a few adjustments like stoppers and especially putting our racing seat from a street stock in it but other than that it’s great
I just brought this for 250 AUD. I already had the wheel and pedal hub but I mainly brought it only for the seat lol but the seat alone in Australia brand new is just as expensive
I get the same steering wheel stand without the seat and frame just the wheel stand and the pedals stand same design actually look the same from eBay and it looks like that the problems his mentioned where fixed , I pretty sturdy and pedals have te extra tubing doesn't move .
When you are driving in the sim does the steering rack think move much? Also does the pedals move much? Does it effect the simulation or does it feel really bad and cheap
@@sharky4432 is very strong and it doesn't move at all, I put all the bolts very tight , don't forget to put the bolts under the steering wheel and pedals I think are m6 and already included and even the stick shift feels amazing , I think the problem in the video is that the pedals tray is not bolted or weld in the bottom to the frame but mine is ok so nothing moves is awesome.
@@sharky4432 yes you can , and actually I have the stick shift from Logitech and feels amazing , doing the same bolts very tight not getting crazy just making sure it doesn't wable , it comes with the extension for the shifter already predrilled for the mounting bolts under the shifter.
Uhmmmm seems there are no mounting holes in the base of the HORI and only use clamps for mounting, what you could try is cut out a wood board to add thickness to the cockpit mounting plate and use the clamping to secure the wheel... or just go with the Logitech one, pedals on the HORI looks pretty basic too...
They only sent me one of those metal tube things
ALSO: you can screw the shifter in one hole and it will work better than the clamps

Thank you for the detailed review, I was going to buy but watched this and it changed my mind for the better, so thank you again

Do you know how to put in a different seat because i bought a bigger bucket seat and the holes from the base wont fit ?
@@TheKris400 I’m not sure our holes didn’t line up properly but we just drilled more holes

The seat is not too bad, in fact I'm still using it today on the GT1 EVO sim-lab rig!

Cheers thorough review 👍🤘
Is this compatible with Hori xbox seriers x wheel and pedal set

Compatible with t300rs?
I believe so, thrustmaster wheel bases should be supported
If only i could find just a seat for less that 200$
You can buy this and keep only the seat 😉
