Yes!! Let us humble ourselves and serve. Let us know and live God’s Word and not follow the lies that are and will come. We are here by God’s grace. Yes, everything in life is fragile. Let God be our goal.
"As leaders shift their focus to customers and quality, they realize that the old authoritarian leadership style does not work anymore. To achieve quality, service, and rapid response, leaders must utilize all available talent. They must find ways to inspire, involve, and empower employees. They must create a work environment that encourages commitment, innovation, and cooperation. Instead of evaluating, leaders now coach. Instead of doing, they delegate. Instead of telling, they facilitate. No one is expected to boss anyone. Everyone is expected to participate."
What shamelessness! This individual told woman he abused that if they exposed him they would be putting the salvation of souls at stake and that they were gifts to him for his 'faithful ministry'. What blasphemy!
Hebrews 13:7-8: Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. A pastor or elder must know that he is a leader, and serve in his position of leadership. He must be humble, but not soft, and he must be tough but not hard hearted. True humility under God is first and foremost obedience to his word in it's totality. The church in these end times would do well to order itself aright in accordance to I. Timothy 3 and Titus 1. The first thing which "the husband of one wife" most surely means, is that he is a MAN, not a woman. How people fail to see that, and seldom even mention it, befudles me. They must be under a strong spell of the devil's spirit of feminism. Seems to me the almost all of the church at large today is spiritually queer. Humble, yes, but a leader must humbly serve God and man; but off course a leader has authotity over those over whom he is set, but in that position he must remain humble and serve, not only be served. There are two sides to this. The Holy Bible even states that he who does not acknowledge the fact that a woman is not allowed to speak, teach, and exercise authority over the man in the church is neither spiritual nor a prophet (see I. Cor. 14:34-38 & I. Tim. 2:11-14 KJV. So it is not hard these days to spot a true prophet, for they stand out one in a thousand. (I have my sincere doubts about Ravi). Neither Moses nor Paul gave leadership over to the WEAKER VESSEL, and to the one who was DECEIVED BY THE DEVIL. This is the precise reason why Paul did not allow the woman to teach nor usurp AUTHORITY over the man. Humble is one thing, being naive and stupid is altogether another. Most pastors today are both naive and stupid, and they most certainly are neither spiritual nor prophets. Deal with it. It is the truth.
A good reminder to leaders: Find the humility in the calling to lead, or be broken in one's arrogance.
Thank you so much for reminding us about our calling" A servant Leader"。 To lead with a servant heart. God bless you.
This is a must listen for every leader or potential leader!
