Let me start out by saying I love all your cards. I watch the video once. Then as I watch the next time, I have all my materials ready to do it with you. And they come out and I love the final product. But for some reason this card ugh! 6 pieces of card stock later I finally got it cut right. And I only cut thru on the first one. For some reason I couldn't get the fold right. Well on the 6th try I guess a light went lol and I cut it out and put in on the backing. Now just to figure out flowers to make it look as nice as yours. I don't have that die cut so I will be winging it. Wish me luck. Thank you for all the beautiful and well made videos.
I appreciate how you talk through the tutorials. It is always extremely hard to follow when there is only music playing in the background like in other tutorial videos.
Beautiful Pop Up Flower Card. Your instructions are always excellent and easy to follow. You are so talented. Thanks for sharing your gifts with all of us. I will be making this card.
Hi Sam just started watching your videos and I will be watching more of your videos I’m interested in learning pop up cards, I always made flat cards and want to do different things with cards thanks for sharing and I will be watching your videos
I love this idea but it is so delicate at the connection points. I have had to throw away so many bases because of this happening. I did reinforce one with Tyvec tape and finally turned it into a finished project. Do you have any further advice. I am using Stamping up card stock just in case you are thinking my problem could be the card stock, what brand did you use. Thanks for sharing and God bless.
Beautiful! Love this idea but wasn't sure how to go about it so thanks for sharing, going to use it for a father's day card, just masculine it up lol. 😁😍😁
Beautiful for card love to make it I'm new to card making just started self teaching I'm trying this but having trouble with the cutting don't know if you go inside of drawing or outside when cutting and then confused with the popping out and so on a so fourth I'll keep trying till I get it nothing else to do trying to occupy my time since I'm home bound.
Awesome card even thought it took me 99.9 times to get the cuts right, but I did it. I totally enjoyed the challenge, and have some awesome cards from it. Shared on a card making FB page. I'm sure they flooded this video with views :)
Hello I have tried to make this car a few times now without any success, do you think I am using a too thick card Stock? My small joins break as I fold the card. Would appreciate some advice please.
These cards are beautiful. Great job I know this video is a few years old but i was hoping to ask a Quick question what scoreboard are you using? And where did you get it?
This is like easy pop up cake !! great tutorials on Extreme cards and paper crafting ,this just only for sharing information for pop up tutorials for the beginners ,not meant to offend !!
Very pretty cards, love the design of it. Love your creativity. So inspiring . New subby to your channel. Thanks so much for sharing , hope you have a wonderful day 😊😄😉
Just a suggestion-- for stronger joints connecting each step, make each cut slightly smaller (as in width, and also make the length a bit shorter than the one before it.) The top one will be the smallest but you can still stick something to it. And you can just have one step on the top or bottom by not cutting through all the layers at the end, cut just the outside layer. Depending on the size of your card, here's an example of measurements I've used starting with the first one on the fold: 1 1/2" x 5", then 1 1/4" x 4 1/2", 3rd step 1" x 4 1/4", 4th step which will be on the top 1 1/4" x 1 5/8". I also made a cardboard template (looks like a step pyramid) of all the cutting and folding steps you can draw onto the paper because it won't show when you glue it to the main card. Of course you have to get the hang of folding as you go as seen here in Sam's video. Hope you don't mind my 2 cents and this helps and btw, this is a beautiful flower popup by Sam!
Without a doubt these are the best instructions for a pop up card I've seen to date and I've been crafting over 30 years !!
You are one amazing lady Sam. I save most of your tutorials. They are so beautiful and innovative. Thank you so much.
I love this! It took some practicing for the cutting, which I did with plain copy paper, and I finally got it after 3 tries! 🤣 thanks Sam!!! ❤
