    Thanks for doing this post. It gave me a lot of ideas and I picked up paper and cutter and had a blast making it. Thank you for your very very clear instructions I made one for my husband. I also figured out how to use directional paper for the two accordions on each side. It took me awhile to figure it out. Again thanks

    Very showy! The best cards, for me, are the ones that look very complicated and are actually pretty easy. This fits the bill! Since I don't like using either velcro or magnets, I'd like to suggest that a belly band would also work just fine.

    Hi Sam. Stunning card. I am also glad you use Velcro as I have a pacemaker and can’t go near magnets. Stamping platforms are a struggle for me for the same reason. Well done xx

    Well, I may be slow on finding these videos, but I do know who to look for! I made this card for our daughter's significant birthday. It took me a while but I do love it. Magnets I inserted did not work, so I glued ribbons on each side and tied it.

    Beautiful card, Sam, you have made the tier folds so easy, I did the original flower tiers last year, the final result was good (a few attempts first though) this one is super easy compared to the cutting earlier, thank you so much for sharing xx

    Great idea and love the exicution of this card I flipped it round the other way so the flap was tilted over the top felt the recipient would appreciate flipping the top flap and the card falling open to reveal the insides rather than having to turn it round to read the salutation. Thanks x x x

    I love this card Sam a lot!!! I've been trying to find the video of the birthday cake one you made, simply for the measurements of the mats on the cake sections. My only problem is, for some reason I'm not coming up with the correct measurements. If anyone else can shed a little light I'd be ever so thankful. TYFS your wonderful talent!

    That cake is much easier to do your way instead of having to cut & measure which is a right pain in the ****** & you explain the fan folding very well, great stuff.😊

    I love this card all I would do differently is have the flap open at the top with the sentiment facing the correct way personally I think the sentiment was upside down according to the way the card opened on the inside. I love the tears on the first card because it showed off better but the second card was decorated very nicely on the inside

    So for the other explosion peice (the one that you already had made) would you just do all the steps that you showed the opposite way? Thank you so much for this tutorial, you explain it so clearly and the card is so creative and gorgeous!! X
