Just found your you tube site this morning and tried quite a few times to recreate the mechanism for the Snowman card. (it WASN'T working) well persistence PAID OFF with very closely watching the video (not giving up) I can make the mechanism and it is pretty easy. MY POINT?? Don't give up crafters. Thanks so much for this (very) helpful video. LOVE IT!

In my book this is a WOW card, because when you open the card you say "WOW". I haven't ran into videos on making this card before this one. I love it. Oh Maymay, I definitely wish I'd seen your awesome tutorial before I purchased the Pop-up card die set. The die set is so much smaller than yours, so the inside pop-up doesn't have as much room for your 4 messages. Since the Christmas Pop-Up card I'm making is going to include 3 individual gift envelopes for checks, your card design will be the best one to use. I may just give the one I purchased to my sister and use your method for the card I want to make!!! Thank you for the clear instructions too!!! You're a terrific instructor...God Bless!

I hope your folding method is easier!!!!!!!!! I have a set of rectangle dies that worked really well for the 4 panels. I think this makes GORGEOUS cards but they were NOT easy! I will be trying your way!

Maymay, thanks for the directions. They were the clearest that I read. I just made the card, as a birthday card, and for some reason( perhaps my poor math skills) the center 4 part panel, overhangs the card when it is closed. Luckily, I hadn't glued the front piece, with the sentiment on the front, so I just lowered it a bit. It really is easy and fun to make. Maybe next time I'll cut the 3x11 panel a little shorter...10 3/4. Thanks so much.
