Hey guys! I wanted to address some things. I've gotten a few comments that my short and this video were misleading, and I agree. Your girl was trying to be Will Tennyson, and she failed. However, I will make my videos in the future a lot more informational and explain things better scientifically. The reason for my "results" were that I ate a cleaner diet with less water retaining foods (less simple carbs and sodium). I already have an athletic figure because of figure skating and having been working out for a while. Usually, it does take at least a month for results of exercise to show. However, what I want you to take away from this video is that it is a very sustainable workout that you could do everyday and doing a simple, easier workout for a year is much better than doing a tough one for only two weeks just to get burnt out and stop (something I've done in the past).

@@Lucigoos3yI was doing the other le sserafim workout too! Personally, I saw results fast but I could barely walk and I didn't keep up with doing it. 😅 So hopefully this will be easier 🤞🤞

I wanted to write down my progress too for help to somebody! I started this yesterday, so I'm going to do now as well! I plan to do it for 10+ days if possible. I'm a little overweight, so that's why I wanted this workout to loose weight, get toned. My job is already light physical so this abs workout is an extra to that. Day 1 - It was hard, and my stomach still hurt after one day Day 2 - Still hard, but I feel better after the workout c: Day 3 - I felt lazy so it was harder to do it today but I feel little changes Day 4 - I took a rest day, so I didn't do the workout, but I'll continue with day 5 Day 5 - Today I could finish my workout properly, bc my knee started to hurt a bit, and I didn't want to risk anything bc I still have to work. But I did 10 more of some of the excercises so I don't feel that I skiped too much

I might not actually be able to do it for the next 2-3 days but I'll try my best!) Day 6- ✅ (a LOT easier, decent results. For my body type i probably have to continue for another week to really get results.) Day 7- ✅ (actually did a while back but I forgot to update.) Edit: My starting waist was 28? Or 27 soo amma wait for some results
the workout is really tiring but when I see the results it feels like it was all worth it I was a normal 50kg 15yr old i did. the workout for about 1 month and 10 days and now am an 42kg 15 yr old trust me it is really tiring but it is all worth and here’s a tip the days u done feel like doing like *can’t be everyday* you can do like 5-8 random kpop dances if u don’t know them can’t hop around do Some other moves the songs are really fun to dance too I did that for like 12 of the days since my body felt really tired and it gave the same results and if u don’t feel like doing it is fine!!

Of course I can! I completely understand. One thing that I'll say is that its okay if you let yourself indulge. I eat dessert everyday in moderation. If your relationship with food is not all there, I would not advise being restrictive with your food and letting yourself heal; however, if not, I highly suggest calculating your calories after going online to calculate your TDEE (total energy expenditure). You'll notice that higher volume, low calorie foods are much more filling and naturally start adding more lean protein, vegetables, and fruit into your diet. As Abbey Sharp says, "focus on what you can add instead of subtract."

Heyyy I'm a dancer. I have a 40 minute car ride to dance so I ALWAYS do a simple stretch to warm up first in the car even if my instructor does one in class because sometimes we don't do one lol (backseat is ma bff). Then I usually get to stretch after in class but if i don't then I do a simple workout at home while my muscles are still warm and then do a deeper stretch of the muscles I worked at dance (which is usually all of them). If you don't stretch or run in place or whatever before to warm up then you could tear or overwork a muscle and if you don't stretch after then you are way more sore after for the next few days, especially when working muscles you aren't used to working. If you stretch before and after a workout then it also makes results more long-term.
this gives me so much inspiration, i have the same body type as you and i look at people that have the same body type as me and they look so damn pretty but i felt like it just didn't work with me and i felt really fat and all the results that have been on my fyp is just already underweight girls losing even more weight and promoting eds and this just feels way more trustworthy. thank you!
Tho my problem isn't with my stomach it's my arms and thighs I'm doing this anyways 💀 hope it works. Edit: 3 days into it, no visible results yet ofcourse but the workout is even easier now or maybe it's because I do move a lot normally due to my lifestyle anyways. it is actually common for people with a little more weight to lose it! im 17 and like beginning of last year i was 170 and now i am 135, i maintained it for like 6 months but i realize its harder after ive lost weight lol. but basically, dont b discouraged!!
Not everyone might see the same results but these workout do tone your waist, that being said her results seems to be drastic because she is not doing the workout for the first time, people who regularly workout and then go off track when they go back on track their body go back to same toned look as its their muscle memory, these results cant be compared to people who never did abs workout, or who never worked out at all, for those the body will take time to devlop and tone that particular muscle, so even if you dont see the snatched waist in a week or any definition whatsoever still be consistent for a month, after month some def will be visible.
I would recommend do beginners to do stretch before doing it and do stretch after it if the want small figure and to lose weight if the don't want to lose weight and the want to make abs than do stretch only in the beginning i am telling the tip i use😊 and don't mind the bad English i use
Started doing this one day ago and going to do this till i get the perfect body. I worked out for like a one month but i didnt see the changes, but then I found this work out and im already seeing the results after day one! Im doing some other work outs, but this is one of the best so im definetly going to do this as the main one. Day 1: ✅️ it was easy at the start, but then in the end i started feel real pain in my stomach😭, already seeing the chages Day 2: ✅️ It was SUPER hard when I did the first exricese and the last one, idk why but my hips hurts so bad Day 3: ✅️ Easier than yesterday, thats all :') Day 4: ✅️ Harder than yesterday T_T
I completed the 1wk work out and wanted to share! • Day 1 - included some stretching which made my body sore aaaa • Day 2 - It was exhausting I swear but did it! • Day 3 - Completed! • Day 4 - (skip) I had an event so I couldn't work out. • Day 5 - I did 2 sets to make up on Day 4! • Day 6 - with the sore gone its definitely much more easier! • Day 7 - completed~~ (my body was toner than before! I lost 3kg from the whole week. Reminder though I did have a strict diet ish. I mostly ate yogurt and less carbs. ofc there's always a cheat day which was Day 4 lol. This was a good everyday work out! it doesn't make you too tired but also makes you sweat. To everyone who's doing it keep it up!!)
I would encourage you to try cooking and testing out tasty recipes online. Also, just a basic way to eat healthier is to add more greens, fruits, and protein to your diet (fermented foods are great too).
I have a wide rib cage short torso and wide hips but also hip dips so no matter how skinny I get I’m still gonna look fat and I have been really struggling with mental health but I have been exercising every day but I eat so much and have cut back a lot but I. Am still supper fat

Yes warming up and streching before AND after a workout or whatever physical activity you're doing is VERY important

this gives me so much inspiration, i have the same body type as you and i look at people that have the same body type as me and they look so damn pretty but i felt like it just didn't work with me and i felt really fat and all the results that have been on my fyp is just already underweight girls losing even more weight and promoting eds and this just feels way more trustworthy. thank you!

Edit: 3 days into it, no visible results yet ofcourse but the workout is even easier now or maybe it's because I do move a lot normally due to my lifestyle anyways. Will update later if I remember to hopefully.

it is actually common for people with a little more weight to lose it! im 17 and like beginning of last year i was 170 and now i am 135, i maintained it for like 6 months but i realize its harder after ive lost weight lol. but basically, dont b discouraged!!

Not everyone might see the same results but these workout do tone your waist, that being said her results seems to be drastic because she is not doing the workout for the first time, people who regularly workout and then go off track when they go back on track their body go back to same toned look as its their muscle memory, these results cant be compared to people who never did abs workout, or who never worked out at all, for those the body will take time to devlop and tone that particular muscle, so even if you dont see the snatched waist in a week or any definition whatsoever still be consistent for a month, after month some def will be visible.

I would recommend do beginners to do stretch before doing it and do stretch after it if the want small figure and to lose weight if the don't want to lose weight and the want to make abs than do stretch only in the beginning i am telling the tip i use😊 and don't mind the bad English i use
Started doing this one day ago and going to do this till i get the perfect body. I worked out for like a one month but i didnt see the changes, but then I found this work out and im already seeing the results after day one! Im doing some other work outs, but this is one of the best so im definetly going to do this as the main one.
Day 1: ✅️ it was easy at the start, but then in the end i started feel real pain in my stomach😭, already seeing the chages
Day 2: ✅️ It was SUPER hard when I did the first exricese and the last one, idk why but my hips hurts so bad
Day 3: ✅️ Easier than yesterday, thats all :')
Day 4: ✅️ Harder than yesterday T_T
I actually tried this but my feet kept slipping 😭 I had to wear shoe bc it helped with my balance, overall 9.8/10! Definitely recommend it

I completed the 1wk work out and wanted to share!
• Day 1 - included some stretching which made my body sore aaaa
• Day 2 - It was exhausting I swear but did it!
• Day 3 - Completed!
• Day 4 - (skip) I had an event so I couldn't work out.
• Day 5 - I did 2 sets to make up on Day 4!
• Day 6 - with the sore gone its definitely much more easier!
• Day 7 - completed~~
(my body was toner than before! I lost 3kg from the whole week. Reminder though I did have a strict diet ish. I mostly ate yogurt and less carbs. ofc there's always a cheat day which was Day 4 lol. This was a good everyday work out! it doesn't make you too tired but also makes you sweat. To everyone who's doing it keep it up!!)

I would encourage you to try cooking and testing out tasty recipes online. Also, just a basic way to eat healthier is to add more greens, fruits, and protein to your diet (fermented foods are great too).
