i remember when this episode where lucas was at that airport aired. the episode ended right when he called someone and i think he said hey would you like to get married right now but you didnt know who had answered. anyway right after the episode ended they had fans text in who they wanted it to be or who they thought it was. it was a choice between Lindsey, Brooke or Peyton. i remember texting in Peyton sooo fast. and then the nest week when i saw {eyton walk through those doors i was like YES!
i have to admit, i stopped watching OTH after Season 6. Lucas and Peyton's love story is just 💜

I didn't because chad was being a jerk about wanting to get paid more then everyone else. So it wasn't fair to the rest of the cast to stop watching.

OTH was done after Season 6. I stopped watching. I would have loved to see Lucas & Peyton live a married life raising their daughter together. Didn't even give an explanation of why or where they went. Could have brought them back for the finale.
I read somewhere that when they were filming that scene where Peyton stood up and objected that she forgot her line and that the actor who played Jaime had to tell her what it was.
I recently watch OTH I was pretty upset peyton and lukas left the show

For those of you that don't want to see the last 3 seasons, At least watch the last few episodes seasons 9 where Dan completes his character arc and Julian does his dream series. It's well worth it

I don’t understand why some people stopped watching after season 6. Yes, Chad left because he wanted more money or whatever, and Hilarie, well I don’t even know why she left; but the thing is, amazing things happened in the show throughout the rest of the show. I know that Leyton was a big part of the show, but them leaving made more room for great characters like Quinn, Clay, Julian and more. I think that’s what some people need to realize. Plus, what else was there to tell? They got their happy ending; we needed to see someone else’s happy ending.
Hilarie left because mark shwan was harrasing her behind the scenes same with daneel. That mofo drove both hilarie and daneel away from the show

@@blandrat among the actresses daneel (rachel) and hilarie got the worst. one time apparetnlu mark shwan kept trying to forcibly enter daneels room in her hotel hence both of them really loved their characters but bcoz of shwan both wanted to be away from the show. according to daneel the only reason she did s7 was because mark shwan wouldnt pull that shit in front of paul johansen as she was playing her wife. all the.charactera got their happy ending except rachel who the writers scrwed up badly in s7 and this was probably mark being a dick
@Ariana Prenaj I just dont like how the way they actually tried to force Clay as Nathan’s brother and they lowkey tried their best to find the best Chad look alike and they found that in the Clay actor. Quinn- the only reason i like her is because she is indeed gorgeous and she takes good care of Jamie but she has no character development at all. What else was there to tell for Leyton? i mean Naley had been a couple since s1 and they always had stories. We coulda seen more scenes of Leyton raising Sawyer Brooke Scott. Also imagine Sawyer Brooke and Jamie playing together as kids that woulda been so adorable.

what? Brooke was team Leyton all throughout season 5. she knew Lindsey didn't stand a chance because Lucas and Peyton were soulmates. Brooke supported Peyton so much during this time.

sophia bush actually explained that in a interview. she said brooke made the wedding dress but she knew no one was getting married because lucas and peyton were meant for each other. all the characters knew lucas and lindsey wasn't happening but they played along for lucas. I've watched season 5 many times and you could see brooke was pulling for leyton.

Peyton's car was a Comet (made by Mercury in the 1960s and 1970s). Lucas associated the car with Peyton because the first time they actually interacted was when her car broke down and he came to tow it away.
It refers to Peyton's car and herself.
It's symbolism between a real comet that's only in your life, a short time period and Peyton's car.
But in reality Brooke / Lindsay & Lucas were never meant to be. Peyton was his true love.
Just like he divorced Sophia in real life,
He seems happily married to his real life "Peyton"

I don't understand people's love for Peyton, she never really tried going for Lucas when he was single. She only magically figured out she had feelings for him when he was with someone else, then sabotaged that relationship and still felt like a victim... but she didn't deserve to feel like the victim... so they deserved each other because they were just as bad as each other...
Mariam A you should re-watch the season because when she tells Lucas she just wants to be friends she really wants more but is afraid because she only has the "bad" Nathan experience to rely on, but then she works up the courage but Lucas is already with Brooke when she tells him ...
Gy Kov yes I know but it always seems like she plays the victim card for always going after Lucas when he was in a relationship and seems like she doesn't realise how she feels until he's with someone else. Like ya he was with Brooke... but that didn't stop her from kissing him twice.... and then telling him she loved him while he was with Lindsey... but he proposed.. and she bailed... it's like she chases when he's not in a relationship but when he's free, she 'wants to be friends'....
I agree with you. That seemed to bother me too. I think they are good together but I hated how Peyton kept going after him when hes with someone else. Also, I kinda didn't like the way she treated Brooke in season 1 when she kept avoiding her and going behind her back. I do like Peyton but she did have some bitchy moments. Honestly, I was hoping her and Jake would be end game they were really cute together but you are right lucas and peyton did deserve each other, I never really liked Lucas.

Yeah, also in season 3 she kept getting jealous when she saw brooke and lucas together so she clearly wanted them to break up. She told Brooke that she can trust her and Lucas but yet they ended up having feelings for each other anyways. If Lucas and Peyton had feelings for each other they shouldn't date other people and break their heart and they should've just been together at the very beginning. It especially hurts me because Brooke is my favourite character and I didn't like seeing her best friend hurt her so many times and Lucas.
