Thanks Donald , this one is in for a seal change and better balanced hammer/ return spring , had to take it out after , mine is having a complete change over of internals and valves , will be finished in a few weeks , cant wait to take it out if all goes well , such a simple rifle but as said for silly money they are up there atb Dave

@@MrDAVERATZ my only gripe is the lock time feels slow, not sure if it is really but it feels slow compared to some pcp. It's a solid piece for the money though, I'm happy with accuracy.
@@Jubular Hi Jas , the internals are not made very well but if not abused will last the time , the sound is very deceiving , pffft sound is better than a hammer boing , always sound like they are running out of air , lock time seems delayed by the sound but its as quick as most or above in the price range , always advise to give it a season and see how it goes , pointless selling getting another rifle to be the same out come , give it time then if not happy change , il use this one again just to give it another run incase i was just lucky , thanks Dave
Is that your farm mate, if not is it legal to go out in the woods and bag a few pigeons, I live out in the sticks now and just bought myself one of these rifles its a really good looking gun, I've still got a lot to learn before I start hunting but you tube is a great learning tool, good vid man 👍👍

Many believe that .177 is better than .22 in sub 12ft lb guns past 30 yards or so because the .177 penetrates more, and is therefore more lethal at that power level and long range, and is easier to compensate for bullet drop and wind. Do you agree?
Hi , i believe that no calibre is better then the other , i agree a big slug at close ranges will dispatch cleaner , over 25-55yrds i find its only trajectory that changes , dead is dead if hit correct , either pick better trajectory or bigger hole if placed correct , all down to personal options , i shoot 4 different cals and prefer 20 cal if they made a better pellet choice to use , atb Dave

have read that pushing the pellets in a bit further and a bit of silicone in the retainer band makes cocking and loading a little smoother ?

Hi Jon & thanks , i use freehand 95% of my shooting mate ,being a walker/stalker i dont get the chance to rest the rifle much before the shot atb Dave
i've had the same problem with the mags, 2 out of 3 fail to rotate on loading
