I'd rather watch court level tennis practice sessions at 4K60fps than the way official matches are shown at much lower quality and not court level.

his hand on a forehand is so low - is that good?

    • @LiamApilado

Yes his hand and overall take-back of his right arm is low, is it good or bad? I say it simply just is.
To be top 10 and able to produce forehands as he does may indicate what he does is good but there are small differences in each players technique which makes tennis such a beautiful and diverse sport.

Probably the same as every top athlete. Squats, Lunges, deadlifts/hinge, plyometrics, and sprints. Maybe supplemented with light isolation on machines.

Big baby I luv you man! You are a physical specimen with a great game. Please fix that crap forehand. Wristing every shot will shorten your career. This is the easiest technique fix. It would only take me one week to fix that biomechanics. For crying out loud the forehand is the most basic fundamental stroke in tennis. How did you get this far without fixing this? Look at the big 3 look at Sinner look at Alcaraz. Look at the use of their elbows. STOP USING YOUR DAMNED WRIST! Lol

Not too clean technically. I guess his physique makes him win lots of matches and be able to overpower opponents.

when you practice you want to focus on placement and precision to improve your game. if you watch closely, rune is always hitting the line. he could go an entire practice without errors if he gives the ball enough top spin and safety which would impress you but that's not how you learn.
