    Ingredients:
    2 cup chana daal
    1/4 cup masoor daal
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp mustard seeds
    1 tbsp fennel seeds
    1 tbsp coriander seeds
    1 tsp carom seeds
    1 tsp fenugreek seeds
    1 tsp nigella seeds
    1/2 tsp asafoetida
    1 tbsp + 1 tbsp turmeric powder
    1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
    1 tsp black salt
    1 tsp +1 tsp regular salt
    1 tbsp dried mango powder
    For tarka :
    1 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp clarified butter
    1/4 tsp mustard seeds
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1 tsp garlic (chopped)
    1 tsp ginger (chopped)
    Cilantro
