2kg chicken (boneless)
Marination:
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp chat masala
1/2 lemon juice
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch mint
10 green chilies
2 big onions
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
20 cashews
1 cup yogurt
Cooking:
1/2 cup + 1/2 cup cooking oil
3 cloves
3 bay leaves
1 star anise
2 cardamom
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 piece coal
2 green cardamom
2 cloves
1 tsp clarified butter
2 tbsp cilantro for garnishing
